They replaced 3 windows because of an incident and they were so sweet. Let me borrow a charging base for my phone since I was there for several hours. (No other car or anyone to pick me up) amazing service and I recommend them to anyone in the area needing windows or tinting as well as they tinted my front drivers window as well. Done Right Auto Glass was amazing! By the time I called them on Monday morning, I got pricing and was scheduled for Wednesday between 9-12. I was called Wednesday morning at 845 saying they would be there in 15 minutes. By 859 I was called that they arrived. By 905 they already had the new glass out on the stand and got to it! They were done by 10. Everyone I dealt with was super awesome and nice and it was reasonably priced. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them!

My Jeep windshield got pelted with some gravel from a gravel truck. I noticed about a 1/2 inch chip/crack, and immediately called Done Right. I was told to bring it right in and they would work me in. When I arrived, despite being busy with customers, they came right out to look at it. I was warned that occasionally while repairing, a crack can spread a little bit during the repair process. I agreed to have it repaired because a small, barely visible, repaired crack is better to me than buying a new windshield or making a claim on my insurance. My Jeep was repaired in less than 20 minutes, and the crack looks better than when I brought it in to them. I can barely see it. I will definitely use Done Right again if the need arises! Awesome customer service!

Sent car in for a simple small chip repair. They drilled it to fill it in and cracked the windshield below the repair and didnt mention it. Sent the car back, they said it happens from the suction from the repair.....well it was just a tiny chip now its a poorly repaired chip and a new crack. They drilled each side of the crack to prevent it from spreading, and while they were at it offered to fix another chip they found in the middle of the windshield for free. In the process of doing this they must have dragged the tool all the way across the window because now there is a 6 long scratch going straight across the glass.Came in for the most simple repair on a flawless window......now has 4 holes that are very obvious, a new 2 crack. and a matching 6 long scratch across the glass. Paid $50 to destroy a $1,000 window in less than 30 minutes.The name Done Right must be some sort of a joke.

Had to get my windshield replaced due to a bad crack. Done Right scheduled me right away and told me it would take two hours to replace the windshield. Forty-five minutes later I was in the parking lot, keys in hand, admiring my new windshield. Hopefully I dont need their services again anytime soon, but if I do Im definitely going back.

Awesome place - called and got a quote, scheduled a time to come by, and they got my windshield replaced in about an hour and a half. They went over what to do afterwards, and put all my stickers back exactly where they were. Quality work at a good price.

I had gotten my vehicle inspection done with their affiliate company in June and picked up a card for auto glass replacement.They were not only professional and prompt; but made sure I understood details of options offered and value for my investment. There was also clear communication because I shared my work schedule with company rep I spoke with and she definitely relayed details to my assigned technician.My installation was completed while I was at work by Derrick; and he was prompt and professional. What I appreciated most was him making time to explain dos and donts... Went in to have a small dime size chip in my windshield fixed. Took about 20 minutes and it was like new. Totally satisfied $50 fix.

Weve use them twice, first to replace the windshield in our 2008 Durango and then we just had the windows tinted on our new Ram 1500. They are good priced, easy going and very quick. Highly recommend!

I am not the sort of person who ever writes reviews but my experience yesterday compels me to speak out in loud support of this stellar business. I had an appointment with another Denton glass company that was cancelled at the last minute because they couldnt find the glass. Done Right not only has the windshield in stock, they arranged for me to come that same day in at a certain to minimize my wait time. Not only was their price $100 less, they gave me a credit based on a previous chip repair from three years ago! The install was quick and perfectly executed. The people were all above and beyond professional by being friendly and helpful as well as informative. Anyone who goes anywhere else would have to be insane.

Service was fast. The glued chip repair has been effective. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Ive gotten my lifetime warranty tint done here and redone here once the back window went bubbly. Great service and family owned. I recommend.

I would give these folks 10 stars if I could. Incredibly professional, timely, and reasonable pricing. I was in the market for a windshield replacement, and spoke to a few other vendors. Done Right quoted me for a far more reasonable price than anyone else I talked to, and didnt charge any fees for coming to my house and installing at my home. They were responsive - I received a quote less than 24 hours after I submitted my info. They came to my house and installed it, but after they were done, they noticed a scuff on the replacement glass. Without questioning, they replaced it on their own. Service was top notch and quick. Will use again.

From the time Done Right Auto Glass picked up the phone to the time my window was replaced was less than 24 hrs. I was frustrated that a rock hit my window and broke it in the first place but these guys came through and put all the pieces together again. Awesome service and awesome technicians. I took my Ford Explorer in for them to replace the windshield trim on the passenger side. They talked me into replacing both because the drivers side would eventually fail. I agreed, but made the mistake of not asking to see all the parts when they were finished. The passenger side was repaired, but I suspect they did not replace the drivers side. I took it back to ask why the drivers side was making noise like it was about to fail. They told me it was a poor design and probably would fail soon. I dont think they replaced the drivers side trim that they charged me for.

These guy just replaced my windshield and did an excellent job. It only took them 40 minutes before I had to leave for work this morning. They did it a my home for no extra charge and quoted me for far less than a bigger franchise place was quoting me. I was also blown away at how professional, articulate, and knowledgeable the young man was that worked on my car. I dont drive a very common car and he seemed to know way more about my vehicle than I do! Highly recommended!

All the people that work here are super friendly and helpful. I had to have a few different things done to my car all at once, which can add up to a lot of money. Would definitely use again, fixed a chip I had in my windshield and a small chip I had in passenger window. Staff were very nice and prices were great. I went to safelite first and they said they may or may not be able to fix it and wanted me to spend $800 on a new windshield, these guys fixed it for $55.

My moms window broke. We thought the glass busted inside the door. I messaged them and they got us in the same day. They are very professional. Also didn’t mind that I had my 2 year old and 11 month old running around. Turns out the window didn’t shatter just the motor broke. They ordered the part and we went back the very next day and they fixed it in no time. Highly recommend!

I had the window come off the regulator in the drivers door. First, they came out to my house to fix it, but they were missing a tool that was needed. There was no charge since he couldnt fix it here. I brought it in to them the next day and they finished the job while I waited. Good job, reasonable price. 👍

I took my wifes Ford F150 into their auto repair shop for front end work. After the repair, my wife went on a road trip, and came back telling me the noise in the front end was louder that ever; upon inspection, I found that the clamps attaching the sway bar, had only been partially attached.I called, and talked to a man, said he was the owner.For an owner he seemed very disinterested.They looked at it, and said they had to tighten it upAgain, very disinterested.Very bad form.Needless to say.... looking for another shop

These guys were great! They fixed my problem which was just a clogged drain for my sunroof, so it wasnt very expensive at all. Done Right Glass came out to pull the front window on our Camry because the seal had deteriorated. They gave us all the options but told us it was just cosmetic and it should not leak. I’m new to the Denton area and had a glass claim through my insurance. I found Done Right with a google search and stopped by their shop. I actually met the owners and they were very friendly and helpful. They scheduled my install for the next day and actually came to my home to do the installation. The two young men that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable and did excellent work. The whole experience was good and I would whole heartedly recommend this family owned business!!!

The front windshield on my Explorer needed replacing last month due to a massive crack, and Done Right was able to come to my home and fix it up for me the next day—for half the price that Safelite had quoted me. When my windshield was cracked after a tile flew out of the back of a truck on I35, Done Right came out next day. They replaced my windshield after a tree fell on my car. They were quick and easy to communicate/work with. They cleaned out the shattered glass in my car from the old windshield. The price was fair. I would recommend them for windshield replacement.

I will never do business with them ever again. I took my car to have a bulb put in and to check my control arm. Got there at 11:30,left at 3:30,nothing got fixed then they pull my car around there teaching a new employee how to drive a manual,really,so if my gears are stripped whos going to pay for it.

They kept my car nd did a poor service on front wheel. When they gave me back my car it was non aligned and they told me you are good to go. Then next day I came back and telling them the problem isnot solved they behaved so unprofessional. They charged me 245$ unnecessarily without doing any task. Having auto glass issues is never pleasant addition to your daily agenda until now. I called and talked to Lou about replacing my vehicles rear window. He was friendly with an amazing sense of humor that rattled off Jokes with Southern accent that lightened the dark cloud I was feeling. He got the window in the same day and called me back to tell me he got it $10 cheaper than he quoted so passed that along to me for additional savings. 5star staff and service all the way around. Call around if you’d like but you won’t find a better price or place for your auto glass needs.

I had a leak into interior coming from my windshield. I took it to these guys to get it fixed. They “fixed it”, charged me $99 and sent me on my way. The next storm it was evident the leak was not fixed as my interior again leaked water. I called these guys to see what they could do about it and they refuse to refund me. I ended up fixing it myself with the help of YouTube now a year later. These guys are crooks.

I have had 2 sets of car windows tinted here. They are prompt, professional, and provide a variety of products at various reasonable price points. This last time I went there, an employee went so far as to pick me up from my house so I could pick up my car from their store. Theyre usually cheaper than other shops in the area, and thats for a reason. I took my G35 here for a front windshield, the windshield seals were improperly installed and they broke my dash! They didnt even try to tell me about the dash, and when I initially confronted them about it they denied having done the damage and threatened to check security cameras.... I told them to go ahead as the dash wasnt broken when the car was dropped off. I also mentioned the seals and they brushed them off as cosmetic, well here a few months later one of them has popped out and now my car has excess wind noise. Going to have to take my car to another shop to get their poor install fixed. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

We had a window that was broke out on the travel trailer on our way out of town and James, the manager, was the only person who could help out in a 2 hour radius. We got to his shop at 4:00 pm on a Thursday and he jumped right to helping us. No one else had any real solution to the immediate problem (a missing window) but he is working on it as I write this review. I now know tempered glass takes 7-10 days to get but what about today?
