Horrible temp agency. Sarah the manager emailed me paper work, told me to fill it out and she would call back. Never did. Tried calling and was told to leave number and shed call back. Never did. After the fourth time tryin to reach her, I asked to speak to a manager and the lady was extremely rude told me I could call back to get a job if I wanted to, then hung up on. Didnt get her name.. then got Sarah on the line finally and I told her what her co worker did and she took her side then got mad at me because she had to stop payroll to talk to me. Extremely rude agency rude staff. Do not recommend anyone use their service.

They are very unprofessional. Like seriously not worth working for them. They will have you working up to a full year and still not perm. Then let you know in text that you have been laid off.

By far the worst employment agency in Denton. Youd be better off panhandling. They never have any work and lie to you every step of the way. Quite simply, theyre terrible Americans without a conscience among them.

By reading some of the other reviews about this office Im wondering if those with negative reviews were actually at the Denton office.I have worked at assignments for Express in Denton for almost two years. When Sarah and her team came on board the change was like night and day. I have worked very close with Sarah and Erin. Those 2 Ladies are the most Professional people I have had the privilege to work with. Never have I seen two people be so dedicated and work so hard to find someone employment. Any issues that I have ever had no matter what, Big or Small it was handled like it was High Priority! If you ask Sarah to get back to you about something she will everytime! Day or night. After hours and Weekends! If you are the type that shows up to work late or calls in sick alot or just lazy. Dont waste their time. They work too hard to find us Good employment to waste their time with people who dont want to work in the first place. The last two years is the first time I have worked for an employment agency and I have never seen such a turn over rate like I have witnessed with (some) of the lazy people who come to them for employment. Im not saying that everyone with a negative comment falls under what I just described. But those of you who work hard every day know what I mean. Sarah and Erin are First Class Professionals! Top Self Hard Working Rock Stars!!! I cant thank them enough for what they have done for myself and other coworkers!! Thanks Ladies!!

I completed and submitted all the appropriate information online. I submitted resumes almost daily for two weeks straight. It was then that I received a phone call to come in and go over my information and create a profile. when I arrived, the receptionist at the door had no knowledge of my appointment, I had to show her my correspondence from my email. When I finally sat down with a rep, she was unable to pull any of my info off of the website and stated that happens often. I completed another long and detailed history packet (same as the one online) she was also not able to open my resume I had submitted online as well. She advised me I could email it to her but that she would need to get her supervisors email address because she didnt have one? WTH? After completing all of this, I heard nothing for a week, I attempted contacting the lady helping me without avail. The lady helping was very professional and nice, but it was obvious she had zero direction and or support. I completed all of this 3 months ago and have yet to receive as much as a thanks but no thanks Hands down the most unorganized, dysfunctional company Ive ever dealt with.I am not sure how this company survives?

I drove all the way from FORT WORTH to Denton for a position that was available & did the application, the interviews & drug test (In a different LOCATION they sent me ) & in the end only for them to tell me that my orientation has been cancelled & they will let me know after two weeks . How can an orientation for 20 new employees be cancelled!?? that sounds so skeptical. Throughout the application process I literally had to call them EVERYDAY they never cared to update me (which they said they will) on my drug test that I had passed .These people only want your information to hit their quota . They don’t care for people . I even asked for another open position but they never got back to me.DON’T waste your time & energy here you WILL be DISAPPOINTED .I remember the day of my interview a guy walked in to complain about not receiving a call back but I ignored it .The employer Kim who does interviews had an attitude after the day of my interview. they ask you all these questions at interview but when I had questions that needed answers she would hang up on me . TERRIBLE UNTRUSTED AGENCY.

Duane has been a huge help in finding me a job. I am a single mom with a limited schedule and I feel like he really did stick his head out and help me the best he could! Even with a few hiccups he always apologized and fixed the issue. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication.

I worked here as a staffing consultant. Would not recommend anyone to work here. They are super unorganized and full of it. Poor management. Being on the inside you learn a lot. I learned staffing agencies are terrible. This one is at the TOP! The jobs online are blind ads meaning they are not real jobs they just want you to waste your gas to come in.

Misleading job offers, sends you to questionable places. Every once in a while they might offer something worth while.

This business doesnt even deserve a star. Poor everything!!! No management skills. Theyll cheat you outta your money. CS sucks big...I advise you to try another Temp Service.

I liked express they are professional i worked with Duane Russell before that story the guy is giving on this site is so one sided theres always two sides to a story go and meet and Duane and find out how professional he is he really helped me and my wife get a job quickly im really thankful for him i cant express enough how good these people really are . Everyone knows that when you work somewhere theres always someone that has something negative to say about anything no matter what plus reviews arent always good go visit Express yourself and you be the judge.

Worst temp agency I ever dealt with. They shorted my hours that was on my time card that i filled out and is constantly lying about paying me the rest of my money. Highly suggest to go to another temp service.

Highly unprofessional and deceiving company. I worked for them and was promised a job placement via a promising contract. Long story short, they are highly unorganized, full of it and very shady. I have never seen a company work like this with lies and false hopes.

Not a very good company. Turned in paperwork on a Friday, waited to get a call from them for 3 days, I then called them. Was told companies want someone full time all the time and not to miss 2 days of the month. I told her to change it since the companies said they can work with me, and I get nothing but the same explanation. Another words they wont work with you by their rules.

Signed up, did the interview, and havent had a day of work yet from these people. Whats weird is they have these jobs listed on their website yet when you inquire about them youre told these assignments arent available. Were getting work orders all the time, they say. Well, if thats the case, why havent I gotten a call yet? And Im not alone, for someone else I know hasnt gotten a call, either.

Duane Russell told me to f***off in a text message still have it in my phone very unprofessional and rude and I was told they mailed a check and never received it, then they told me they would stop payment and direct deposit it, that was a lie, so now my girlfriend is driving to Denton to pick it up because they wont mail it to me, I was on the phone with Celeste and was traveling and lost signal and she told everyone In the office I Hung up on her, that office has major issues, someone needs to now how awful they are at this place!!!!!!
