Ryan and Sam were the technicians for today- they were extremely professional, got the job done, found other ways to make our AC system run more effectively, and explained those options. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing along the way, and I would without a doubt recommend them for any AC needs.

Called to see about refrigeration repair on my food truck was told they don’t service food trucks I nicely explained that my fridge is the same that would be in a restaurant it’s just not in a restaurant .. but it’s a commercial fridge just the same. They proceeded to tell me “it’s different” not sure how they would know that without a make, model or having details. Either way “I can’t service your fridge because it’s on a food truck but if that fridge was in a restaraunt or home we could” just doesn’t sit right with me !

Young man named Oz came over....(Osvaldo).... I had called late at night the prior evening because my air died!They said they would be over second thing in the morning right after their first appointment they had scheduled and they were here right on time!Oz the young man who is totally professional and was able to explain everything to me as I peppered him with questions! My unit is 17 years old and they got it up and running again and when it comes time to replace this unit I will be calling Oz back!He represents this company very well and I appreciate the service!Recommend!!

The technicians arrived on time and did an overall good job on installing the condenser and air conditioning unit. They were open to additional suggestions I made and followed up with my caulking request. I have been very pleased with the results. I woke up this morning (a holiday!) and my AC was not working. I called and they were out to fix it quickly and got the issues resolved quickly. They were courteous and friendly and maintained their distance (COVID-19). They came with PPE as well to make sure everyone stayed safe. Pricing is great. I cant recommend them enough. Having a furnace go out at 7:00pm is never a good thing. I called PRK and a technician was at my home in 30 minutes. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace quickly and professionally, and didnt seem annoyed at my many questions. Ai would definitely call them again.

Ian was fantastic and extremely fast. He even came out on a Saturday and spent 3.5 hours making sure I was good to go with my airconditioing that broke. My warranty company ordered the wrong part for my unit and he went out of his way to go get the right part just to have it fixed the next day. Cannot say how great he was!!! 10/10!

After PRK came out to do a simple tune up on our unit I am having to replace my entire AC system because they used the incorrect refrigerant. The condenser clearly shows which refrigerant to use, but they chose to use a cheaper one and did not let us know. Shortly after this was done we started to have major water leaking from our inside pipes and found out it was from the incorrect use of refrigerant. They refuse to take any responsibility for this and I’m now having to pay to replace the system when it was previously working just fine.

I must say I am pretty impressed with the folks over here. My AC went down this Spring. Luckily we hadnt hit me a grigiously hot part yet just slightly horrible hot part of Texas. Lol. So I call them up speak with Angela Who is super professional and very sweet and understanding. I wasnt able to meet them the same day but they were out the next morning.The gentleman they sent out was Ian who I later found out runs the shop he had been doing extra duty during this whole Corona crisis. In any case he lays out very cut-and-dry what needs to be done and gives me a couple of options. Once we had our decision made he got the parts ordered. As soon as the parts were in he sent two guys out and they were done that afternoon.Preston and Ethan is who they send out and I must say Ethan probably is in training just based on the way that Preston took the lead. But let me tell you these guys work. I didnt see them stop for minute they just came and did what needed to be done. They wore a mask when they were in my house which we appreciated and cleaned up after themselves. The gentlemen were professional, polite and respectful to my wife and kids not just me. My boyfriend made an appointment to have a check up completed on our A/C unit. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous . The technician provided honest feedback on the status of my AC systems and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I definitely recommend calling them first if you have a problem with your A/C!

Was out of town for 3 days. Came home on a Friday evening to hot air blowing. I started calling in desperation. Jay answered immediately and was about 5 miles away so he arrived in 20 minutes. He discovered the problem, had the part with him, fixed it, and cool air was blowing in 30 minutes. Everything above was great...quality, value, responsiveness, and punctuality. The next time I need AC service, PRK will be the first I call.

After a few different companies came out and werent able to get my A/C cooling effectively they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a week. Very impressed!

I have a walk in freezer where I work that someone worked on before and whoever it was really messed up the wireing and it was freezing up. PRK sent an awesome technician out who straightened out the mess the last guy made and got it working again. He had to come back out a couple weeks later as it started freezing up again. they stand behind their work and even though the problem was no fault of the technicians they warrantied the repair and it didnt cost us extra . Professional service and awesome results. Thank you for an excellent experience and I will highly recommend you to everyone i know.

I dont usually take the time to write a review, but I was extremely disappointed with this company. Our furnace recently stopped working and long story short, we were told we could either replace a few parts for $700 and it would take two weeks or we could buy an entire new furnace for ~$2,500-3,000. We ended up getting the two of the three parts we were told that needed to be fixed for $150. I would never recommend this company to anyone and Im glad I got a second opinion.

We called them they came out and looked at the AC unit. The tech smelled of alcohol. Went on the roof said it was the master control panel and to call his company and they would send a tech out first thing in the morning to fix it. Charged us 135$ and didnt even temporary fix the AC. I called them and conveniently they couldnt have anyone come out today. I would never recommend this company unless you want frustration and uneasiness.

Wonderful service and advice! They replaced our inadequate unit and added in new returns as well. Our electric usage instantly dropped in half. Our electric bill is now lower in a 2,000 sq ft house than in an 1,100 sq ft house. Love PRK!!!

Unparalleled customer service and response time. Used Keith and PRK to replace our furnace last winter and they are some of the friendliest guys in the business - along with very fair pricing, professionalism and working with our budget. Called for a checkup on our AC unit when the temp went up last week and the response time was terrific, may have saved us from an expensive repair by giving good advice over the phone on what to do before the service tech showed up. They came out to fix our AC and they diagnosed the issue as the fan motor going out. They replaced that one part and 2 weeks later the Compressor motor went out as well. I called them to come check it out and the tech who came out didnt speak English very well and failed to really explain the issue. They said they would send a quote for what needed to be fixed. The quote was just a list of new AC systems. They didnt tell us what we actually needed or really check anything else so we got quotes from other companies who walked us through what we actually needed and gave us a detailed quote so we could actually compare prices.We ended up going with Strittmatter and they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the whole system for less than PKR quoted us. I am disappointed in PKRs level of service and workmanship as they didnt check anything else in the system to determine what the true issue was. They basically put a $400 band-aid on our AC and wasted several days of our time. Hopefully in the future they can come together to provide a better service and work together to explain to the customer their options.

When my air conditioner quit I didnt know who to call, I was new to the area. PRK was the first company I called and they were at my house within twenty minutes. Lermon came out to my house and he gave me the option of replacing the fan motor on my twenty five year old air conditioner, or choosing a new system. Ive saved a lot of money each month from my system upgrade! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

Lermon is awesome! Found out why our kids upstairs bedrooms had no heat...our builder had shoddy ductwork that was pinched up and down around corners (should have trimmed) resulting in no airflow. Very affordable pricing and they are coming to fix the ductwork tomorrow, 3 days before Xmas. Very impressed and would highly recommend them!

We woke up to no ac the day before 4th of July! The idea of getting anyone out that day or anytime soon was becoming unrealistic. Its already impossible getting someone to come out here in Krum to service anything. I left a message and continued calling with reoccurring disappointment. And Im glad others turned me down because the service i received was beyond what i can rate here. Angela returned my call promptly and got Andra to come out by 5p.m. same day. I feel bad having anyone come late but he was unphased and happy to help. Getting to the root of the issue quickly by doing thorough testing on multiples potential issues, I was reassured that he didnt just guess or jump to an assumption like Ive had from other companies before. The worst news was needing a new system entirely! But again, he didnt just say, you need a new system and walk off; he explained thoroughly WHY this was necessary even after calling multiple people to see if there was any other options. He was upfront, clear and honest. He stayed in close communication with Angela to have her discuss further options. She was very personable and empathetic to my needs having small children just over 1yrs old. She worked very hard to match a solution to my needs. Once they were reopened after the holiday they came out and got right to work with a new unit. Andra, Lerman and Ben were extremely professional working independently on different tasks for efficiency. These guys were great to have over helping me and my family.
