GREAT... she stated that it would be an $85 service fee that would be deducted from any work additional that could be needed.... I called at 10:30am to ask them if the technician would give me a call today before arriving since I was scheduled for 10a-1p the .... answered yes 30mins before they arrive I would get a call.... 12p comes around and I call asking if someone is still going to be making it out since time was getting close .... this time Bobby picks up the phone asking for all my info and everything and comes back to tell me he doesn’t see anything for me and I asked is the female who answered the phone this morning there and he responds with well what time did you call and I stated 6:29am and he said well we didn’t open till 6:39am .... WHOA!!!! That’s a precise time since ur website states 6a-8p everyday .... rather than go back in forth with someone that doesn’t understand customer service and how it can destroy a business I asked for a manager .... so Clarence gets on the phone and tells me that he doesn’t know what happened but they don’t service on Saturday but can get someone out to me tomorrow rather than speaking about the issue that got us here ... he then states to me that a technician called to reschedule but the phone just picked up and no one was speaking on the other side but just 5 mins ago Bobby stated I wasn’t even in the system .... so basically everyone was contradicting each other ..... EVERYONE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE GOING FOR A COMPANY WITH 5 STARS WHEN ONLY 3 PEOPLE HAVE REVIEWED .... THEY ARE BASICALLY FAKE REVIEWS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FIND OUT THE COMPANY HAS TWO NAMES ON GOOGLE THAT ARE DIRECTED TO THE SAME ANSWERING SERVICE ..... PLEASE VERIFY ... BOTH COMPANIES ARE SHARING THE SAME PHOTOS THAT WERE PROLLY TAKEN FROM OTHER COMPANY WEBSITES .... JUST MOVED TO DENTON AND BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE ......
