Techs seemed to actually care and want to help with true issues rather then upsell you on unnecessary parts and services. We had noticed a slow oil leak on our vehicle after purchasing from the dealership. Without telling them they immediately noticed oil on the bottom of the engine and called out the issue to us while performing an oil change. They went above and beyond to resolve it with a new drain plug and clean the service panel at no extra charge. Then to top it off they were cheaper than the competition who I had been using. I will make sure I bring both my vehicles to grease & go from now on when I need an oil change.

I called on the way, because I noticed they we re going to be closed by the time I arrived. I needed a oil change and fluids to be checked before going on a long road trip. They stayed after hours to get me in! They were thorough, topped off all fluids and checked the tires. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The service is great! The employees are very friendly and great customer service. Always in and out very quickly. They make sure to check everything under the hood. If I need a tire aired up, I can stop right in and they get it fixed up at no charge!! This is a great place.

Couldnt be happier. I brought my wifes Mitsubishi Eclipse in for an oil change, they had that done, checked tire pressure, fluid and battery levels, all within 10 minutes. The ticket was 38.60 (only would have been more if I chose a higher grade oil), which is comparable to everyone else weve gone to, and they were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.

They have always put oil back in my car, unlike a place in Durant that did not. They always let me see the dip stick when theyre finished and are very understanding about my paranoia. We get our truck inspected there every year and they are the only ones that perform oil changes on it. They have never tried to sell me something I dont need. Once when, several years ago, my truck died in their parking lot, they were very kind and helped us diagnose the problem as a dead battery. I love these guys!

Recently I went to our local grease & go for a oil change and it cost me my motor. To say the least the wrong oil was put in an it caused my to literally burn up. I just want the community of Denison to an choose another place to have their vehicle maintenanced.I spoke with a grease & go manager an an nothin has been done period.
