I had an event and used the delivery service. Luke was my delivery guy. Luke was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful with helping me set up for the party and take everything down after the party. If every employee of A-1 is as great as Luke, I will be using them for all of my events in the future!

I have used A1 Wedding and Party Rental for everything from my daughter’s wedding to corporate event planning, private party decor, general flower delivery and funeral flowers. A1 rental helped us make our daughters wedding an event to remember. We decided to use them at the last minute for our wedding programs and other signage we needed for the wedding and reception. The printing turned out better than we could imagine. We corresponded via email on our printing needs and they were very responsive.We rented two blackboards and the artistry they used to write our messages was perfect for the wedding reception. It was professional and attractive.We also rented our linens, cake plate and table runners from them. No problem with anything. I did get caught paying for things we ordered and didnt use because we didnt cancel within 14 days of the event but thats business.

Its difficult to put into words how much Jennifer Burgess and A-1assisted me and my daughter to have an absolutely beautiful wedding that we will never forget. A-1 had everything we needed and if they did not, they were able to recommend other vendors such as food, photography, wedding cake, DJ, and more. She kept us on a time line from beginning to end. The entire staff was very helpful. The wedding day was so seamless and wonderful. Jennifer provided us with such a beautiful memory for our daughter. An outdoor wedding in May, on Lake Texoma with perfect weather that I also credit to Jennifer. PERFECT...best in the business. They are also a florist and now we also use them for that. The Mothers Day flowers she made for my daughter to give me this year were absolutely beautiful. If anyone needs a wedding planner, Jennifer Burgess is the best!

Nice options. But.... I have been in a few times and always feel rushed. Not my favorite. I like to take my time. Not feel like I have to make a decision right now.

They made it quick and easy to get what I needed and go. Also helps that they load it up for you so you dont have to do any heavy lifting. Just pick up and go.

Super nice group, good selection of props to help make any wedding better

I was asked at the last minute to do center pieces for a huge party and needed tons of cylinder vases in different sizes. I Looked all over the internet for something priced within my budget and quickest delivery. Was so close to giving up. Then, A1 saved my butt and my budget. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but I didnt have to buy them!! I rented everything and wasnt stuck with trying to get rid of all those vases after the party. It was as simple as a phone call and a quick, easy, look at their website. The lady that took my call was very sweet. She took care of everything. Then she sent me an email to show me exactly what I was getting, the cost, and pick up and return info. Seriously, it doesnt get any easier than A1! I will absolutely use A1 again in the future.

People are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable in their field. Very impressed with how they conducted themselves. Prices are reasonable. Would use them again for another event.

This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a tux. I will drive to dallas next time just to avoid having to use this disaster of a business.Out of 5 of us that rented together, only 2 fit. We ordered our tuxes a month and a half before my wedding. They told us they would have our tuxes the week of the wedding! I had to go back three times due to things not fitting. My best man got his tux on Monday and the only thing that fit was his shoes! Another groomsmen had to go back and forth four times that week and didnt get his tux until the day before the wedding!!!His tux was all off and didnt fit right at all, when I called to complain about the whole disaster I was told by the owner it was prom season and thats just how it goes? Then I was told I was going to be charged an extra $50 because the tx was due back that Tuesday,which was never told to me. I had to leave Dallas on my honeymoon early to get back their tux.Please dont use this place it will just add stress and they are way overpriced for a low quality tux. Next time I will pay the extra $30 And just go buy a new suit.

Asked for 3 10x10 tents in white, they only have 2 with several tables and chairs. The day of delivery I was informed that due to the weather they were unable to setup tents! I get that but it would have been nice to know when I placed the order we should have a plan B. The tables that were delivered were old and beat up with unstable chairs!

Love A1 they made my wedding day super special and besutiful! Flowers were amazing and the staff went the extra mile to get tuxes that fit all my guys and ties to match my bridesmaids, also bring some stuff that i didnt realize i needed until i was at the venue. Thanks yall!

Gave us wrong bounce house slide for kids bday party. Sent only 1 guy to deliver correct one and pick wrong one up. Thankfully myself and Uncle was home to help or kids bday party would have been delayed even more.

Terrible service and rude management. We were given a damaged arbor and a cheap aisle runner, which we couldnt use outdoors, after we were told we could. A manager named Jennifer was very rude to me when I talked to her about it. We spent $120 to rent a bent arbor. I will never do business with these people again and recommend that everyone reading this do the same.
