This place is great! Very clean! friendly clients and staff. 24 hour access, big screens to watch while cycling or on a treadmill, if you dont like whats on...you can just change the channel with the remote on your machine.They have a tanning booth, sauna and handicap assessable stalls & showers. Affiliated the the family fitness in Sherman with a pool & jacuzzi!

Giving 4 stars because its very clean and very nice in the middle of the night when no one else is there. Left one star off because some staff in the day time are less than friendly and will talk about people when they think they can not hear, but if you can overlook that small aspect since it is a 24 hour gym it is very clean and well maintained.

Was quite impressed with the facilities, and we were able to set up a membership that works for us. The fact that we can use other clubs is a good option. Denison has a dry sauna and tanning bed. Sherman has an indoor pool, etc.Looking forward to getting some training help.

Friendly staff I enjoy the gym

I went up there to get signed up, I was greeted by a young man who said he just started working there. I Informed him what I was there for, so he stepped into the office and let someone know I was there to ask questions and get signed up. He told me it would be a minute, so I patiently waited. He seemed impatient stepping back and forth from the office door looking in... So I decided to step to the side and see what was taking so long. Two women were in the back room doing their hair! While I stand there waiting... SMH

Clean, not overcrowded and the machines appear to be in good working order.

Moved and changed gyms, still warming up to the people and new environment but a great gym and lots of equipment and classes. Hooked on the sauna.

This place is a manure pool. Smiling Shawn needs to stay on at the council and get a replacement who understands the gym.business.
