Drying the car off after would make it worth while.The $16 was was ok. Nothing special.I wiped my car down after with a spray bottle to remove water spots all over.Black vehicle so they show.I’d go back.Thank you!

It is good but they no longer wipe them windows coming out of the car wash.so please bring your own rags.

Weve tried the Wash Factory in Sherman, but Regency Car Bath in Denison is our favorite. But I have to say I miss the guys wiping down my vehicle after the wash

Have used this facility for years but unfortunately today was unpleasant. They advertise a 5.00 car wash but today the 5.00 got my windows cleaned and not much more. They usualy brush the hood and sides of the car before entering the wash but failed to do so today. After arriving home I noticed that the trip to the wash was bad and returned to see what went wrong. I was told by a very nice young woman that they no longer brush the cars and that it was the owners call. I thanked her and suggested the owner should advise customers of this change in policy.To the owner: Raise your price. People will understand that results might need additional expense but leaving the 5.00 amount as an option and then providing a failure of a result causes friction and lost customers. This change should be posted so customers know what they are getting up front not after the fact. Do away with any wash option that does not, clean the car. Leaving the 5.00 wash as failed option and you just lose customers. Like me....

Used to be a great place now its gone way down hill. They washed my truck twice, and it was still dirty. They said there was nothing they could do. The vacuum hardly works at all. This place has really gone to trash.

Paid for their premium wash and still had bugs on windows. Was told to pull around by employee and the owner would take care of it. The owner accused me of cutting and stealing. I followed instructions and was humiliated by this owner.

Very convient and easy to use. I get the $5.quick wash and spend time cleaning and vacuuming inside my new truck. It keeps it looking clean and shiny all the time. I recommend the place!

People are friendly and helpful. Seems to have dropped off a little. The most expensive wash but didnt really get it clean. no after services except windows and mirrors.

I LOVE this place & the people that work here. I’ve been coming ever since the car wash on parkway closed, and have kept coming back because of the awesome people that work here. ALWAYS greeted with a smile! Today I went through the car wash with some sticky stuff left on my window from a sticker I recently removed. Being too lazy to take care of it, Derrick, one of the staff members, took notice when he was drying my windows after the wash. We laughed as I told him the story behind it, and then I drove off to vacuum my car. Shortly, Derrick had walked over with Big Mike, another staff member, and with a bottle of windex & a razor blade, they went the extra mile to take it off for me. These guys pay attention to the detail and have no problem going above and beyond for their customers! Such a small act of kindness goes a long way. I wish I could give 10 stars!!

Have always had great service until today. The car wash stopped while I was in it. No one bothered to come say a word to me. I just sat in my car and waited and waited. It started going again and when I exited no one to dry my car ( I paid $16 for Ultimate). I pulled over and started to vacuum the car. Next car out a guy came out and dried it. He walked toward the area I was and I thought he would say something to me. No, he proceeded to walk away from me. I called him over and mentioned I had not gotten my car dried and he said “Yes ma’am that is because we had problems with the machine.” I let him no I knew that since I was stuck in the machine and no one had bothered to walk thru and say anything to me. I also told him I was right here at the vacuums and they could have walked over and offered to dry it. At that point he offered, but by now it was mostly dry. I paid for a service I did not get and no one could be bothered to even approach me about it. Very disappointed today.

Love this place! Will definitely be back. No long lines and they scrubbed and sprayed my car off before I went in and then had a guy towel dry it after the wash. High pressure vacuums too. Overall great experience!

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I had a monthly plan with unlimited car washes. I have recommended this place to many people and have been very pleased with the service. As of today, I will no longer recommend their services again. I went to get my usual car wash since I was visiting back in town. I explained I had moved and wanted to get one last wash since I wouldn’t be back in town. I also had a new truck. I explained this to the owner and was told I would have to pay $5 bc it was a different truck and I needed “the sticker.” The issue here is I was already paid up through the end of the month. My account is in the system so it could be easily looked up. The owner basically said bc I didn’t have “the sticker” and it was a different truck, I would need to pay $5. Such horrible service and not good customer service for any customer, especially one that has been loyal for years and has recommended this place to so many people. Do not go here bc they do not really care about their customers. In my opinion, they should prorate the month and return my $ that I already paid for the month. I can’t believe a company would cause a fuss over a sticker and making $5. I hope it was worth it! Dave

Some of the nicest folks around. Automobile was spotless. Doesnt look like much from the outside, but the pre and post wash service makes up for that. Paid $10.00 and my vehicle looked as good as when I pay $20 at other places. Outstanding !

It is the only car wash I would take my car to. It gets the bugs off which any other car wash I have been to does not.Altho if they keep raising their prices, I will have to look else where. I am on a fixed income and cant afford too much.I think they should have a senior discount.

Update. My mechanic fixed the windshield wiper. It came loose when I used the car wash. I still stand by my review and will not be returning.

Do NOT take your car here!!! Their machine chipped my paint in over 20 different places and scratched it off in at least 3 other places. I only used them one time! The manager said that was not possible LOL and that he would tell the owner. BEWARE! They will admit nothing and insult your intelligence. Use the coin-operated wash down the street to the east of them across from Dollar General.

My child thought he would play a funny prank and crack an egg on the hood of my car after checking on our chickens. woke up in the morning to egg dried on my car but had to go straight to work. I was worried b/c egg can mess up paint. Used my lunchtime to take my car here (timing is relevant b/c at this point it had been on my car for more than 12 hours) purchased the $12 wash, and they got it all off. Made sure to tip them well for their hard work as they did pay extra attention to the area. Luckily the paint was fine.

Not a bad car wash for the “area” but it has been closed the last two times I have gone there for no apparent reason.

Jamie Moreno and His Father have completely gutted the place and hired a completely new staff. They have retooled the entire wash and is a completely different experience than 6 months ago. They do a fantastic job of getting your car clean now and pay much more attention to detail. They have tried really hard to revitalize the image. In fact, I would say the only thing they did wrong was leave the name the same as the previous owner. It really isnt the same at all. You definitely need to give these people a chance to get your business or your business back!!!

They say its under new ownership and is better ! Dont you believe it nothing has changed they are still rude, careless and un friendly towards the customer unless they are African American then they are kind and respectful towards the customer. This is probably because its ran by an all black team, which I might add seem to have sort of an attitude problem. The work is half done and sloppy and the rating it really deserves is not availably. So let me just say it SUCKS as do the people running it. Go to Whistle-stop youll be glad you did I have been to both and I can tell you whistle-stop is much more professional and worth the money.

Rude and vulgar language and car wasnt clean

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE.I just received a phone call from my wife that my daughter was sexually harassed while getting her car washed at this location today.I didnt realize that catcalls, vulgar language, tapping on her windows and offers for dates were part of their services.I would have called and asked to speak to a manager, but apparently the number listed does not work. I will no longer be using their services and will recommend likewise to anyone I encounter. I believe that the Denison Walmart offers their services at their gas pumps. I sure Walmart would love to know more about who they are sending their customers to.

New staff sucks, old staff was way better. They do not scrubb your Windows before you go into the wash bay, they half ass spray your car, and they do not dry your windows, and the vaccuums do not work properly anymore.
