I went into Imperial Barbers at 5:15 on. Tues . I could see at least 3 people and no one even acknowledged me. I just wanted to ask about getting my sons haircut. Completely ignored and they were not busy. I went back to my car to make sure they were open or if I had missed something. No, so back inside where a person was now on the phone at the front desk. She said, Sorry, were just tired. Arent we all tired at the end of the day? So, too bad. They are close to my house and could have been great for a 9 yr olds cuts, but If theyre too rude and tired to say hello, then I definitely cant trust them with scissors! What a shame, the people in Denison have been so nice and helpful since we moved here. Definitely not the case here and there are plenty of other options for haircuts! Dont waste your time.

I came here and requested some simple braids on one side of my hair. There were 8+ people working and they told me no one could do it. Its very sad that cosmetology doesnt teach basic braids apparently.

DO NOT LET CATHY OR KATHY cut your hair. She will blow through it, make it uneven, and basically abuse your head with a razor.The others are good, but dont use her.

Went here today to get a haircut instead of Procuts. Glad I made this decision. Nicole was professional and she is a very good stylist. I generally dont like trying new places for haircuts because I am picky. I do not have one compliant. I am very happy with my haircut. Thanks for making me look a lil better 😆. I will be back.

They do not take plastic---cash onlyThey do not put anything around your neck to protect your clothes either during the wash or cutSome of the wash chairs had to have special care to work properlyThe towel they use to absorb water after a wash is a bar towel--not even the size of a hand towelIf you walk in without an appointment, they stare at you, talk in low tones while looking at you and then someone comes over to help you (probably the person who drew the shortest straw)No communication during the wash or cutWhat I was charged was not what I was told when I walked in.If youre in a hurry and just want a trim--go somewhere else. If you have a relationship built up it might be different but for a spur of the moment trim you can get better customer service and same low prices somewhere else.

This is the second time the stylist (different person) did not cut my hair as requested. I had to go to another hair stylist to get them to fix it. It was a pretty simple request too. However, my daughter has had good luck at Imperial.

The staff is always very polite and there are enough barbers that you dont usually have to wait more than 10-15 minutes even on the busiest days. Always get the exact cut that I want for only 12 dollars. Cant beat it.

Heaven did my hair and my daughters yesterday. My hair is very thick (I had most of it cut off) but she was so kind, and did a smooth, even job!!! And my daughter has special needs, she doesnt responding to most directions, and heaven was so patient with her. Definitely going back to her at Imperial for my next cut!

I waited over 15 minutes when 3 other walk ins got helped right away come to fine out they marked my name out 3 or for of them looked right at me never said a word I gave them 3 more minutes or I was leaving last minute one of them finally asked me the cut its self wasnt great not even for the price bottom line I wont go back here theres way better then this out there

We were given a gift certificate to Imperial Barber. So today Dec.21,2017 I took my boys in to make an appointment for another day with someone who we met that works there. We couldnt remember her name but we figured they help find out her name. We came one person waiting. They came and got him after about 10 to 15 minutes. Then one of the stylest finished their client came up to the desk rang the ticket wrote something down and went back to her station. Never acknowledging us at all. So we sat for another 5 mins or so and a another person came in and was standing by us. A man came from up stairs down to the counter and ask the young could he help him. So he got him taken care of went back to talk to the stylest then came back to desk fumbled with some papers never even looking at us and went back upstairs. By this time it has been at least 30 min if not longer. Another lady came in with her son she signed in and went to set down and wait well they never acknowledged her either so after about 15 min or so she got up scratched her name off and left.The stylist keep talking to each them looking at us. One of the times I could hear one of them say wonder what they want?. REALLY??? Then the one who had rang her client ticket come up front walked right past us went outside to wave by to her client came back in and back to her station. The longer I sat there the more mad I got. So finally after another 10 mins or so I just told my boys to come on and we left.So here I am with a gift certificate to a place with the worst customer service ever. If I did have a lady there that we were able to request, I would be asking for a refund on the certificate. Unless this lady we are requesting is the bomb stylist. I will never go back there after we use our gift certificate. Horrible place!

They make sure that my hair was cut the in the way I wanted it to be cut. And the people who are working there or very kind and courteous.

2 stylists. One working on a cut. The other told me she had an appointment. Waited 35 minutes and left ( the appointment never showed up) need a wet cut thats would have taken 10 minutes. Shame on you.

I live in Baton Rouge, La. and have been in Texas working for the past 2 1/2 mos, with the Denison area being 5 of those mos..I asked numerous people in Denison the best place to have my hair cut and Imperial was their choice..I walked in Tuesday morning and took pot luck with the first person that approached me for assistance. Did I ever get lucky..Im sorry to say but I dont remember her name..She was the first stylist on the right just behind or next to check out..Station 1..she was great and I got the cleanest haircut I could have asked for..We have really enjoyed all the great people weve had the privilege of meeting from Blake Utter Ford (had work done on my F150) to our 5 wks and counting at The Hampton Inn..I WILL be back to Imperial Barbers (if I need a cut before I leave Denison) but only to the person that cut my hair the first time..Bring cash no charge card..Thank you so much!

I have never been so upset about my hair until I trusted Shannon to cut it 😭 I absolutely wanna cry right now, my bangs are exactly how I told her I DID NOT want them cut, I am extremely pissed and I realize hair grows back but until then I gotta look in the mirror and see short bangs straight across . When I specify I want them to my eyebrows thats what I mean, not 1/2 inch above them . NOT HAPPY !!!! Layers is what I asked for but jacked up is what I got never letting anyone else except HEATHER do my hair there again !!
