Absolutely love it here! We just signed for another year because we don’t want to leave! The office staff are ALL the sweetest and most attentive staff we have ever dealt with! There’s very few neighbors who can’t seem to stay out of peoples business, but they’re just bored. Either way the staff is impeccable, the apartment itself is spectacular and we are overall super happy living here!!

The hubby and I have lived here for a while now and we couldn’t ask for a better apartment. The complex and countryside are breathtaking and right across the street from Wal Mart. True some people play music in their cars sometimes but you get that at all apartment complexes but at least this one is quiet most of the time. I know with Covid-19 the office is being extra careful about the way things are being handled now but they do their best to take care of everyones situation. We are so glad we live here!

We just moved in and we love our apartment! There is a ton of counter space in the kitchen and a lot of cabinets, plenty of room for everything. The whole place is really spacious. The application process did take a while but Mary from the office was very informative and helpful the whole time. Since weve moved in if we have called and needed anything at all they have gotten it taken care of very quickly and professionally. Everyone is very nice.

We just moved into Parkdale Villas about a month ago and so far it’s been nothing but lovely. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and we couldn’t ask for more when it comes to apartment living. Mary (in the front office) exceeded our expectations with the move in process and we will be forever grateful for her patience while working with us! We will highly recommend Parkdale Villas to anyone and everyone who’s looking for a fresh start just as we were!

This is a nice place but they really need to have a laundry facility here. I think this is the only apartment complex I ever heard of that doesnt have a laundry facility. True there are washer and dryer connections in the apartments but only if you are rich because not everyone can afford their own washer and dryer. Some people dont have that kind of money but other than that its good.

Ive been out here almost 6months and i love it. The office staff is very friendly and informative. I give 5stars alone for the customer service and another 5for the apt. I highly recommend these apts they are very comfortable the bathrooms are very roomy. I love it

I was so excited to be moving in this place only to find on my move in date the apt is roach infested. So disappointed ☹️.

The place is amazing. Beautiful. They go by your income. But they also check your credit. I stopped looking at apartments or houses to rent because this was such a great deal. She never told me that she was going to check my credit. Never mentioned anything about it!!! So beware they will let you go through the application process, background check, make you feel like your good to go then BAM never mention a credit check. If I had known they were going to check it, I wouldnt have proceeded with it.

This is a beautiful property. Great staff, understandably it’s taken awhile to move in but I think it will be worth the wait. I am excited!!!

The staff here is wonderful. They are dealing with alot of people so you need to be patient. I love my apartment its cute cozy the bathrooms and living area is big... It is a place you can make a home...

I am in shock that there are negative reviews. Ive lived here a few months now and it is home. My apt is spacious and beautiful and I don’t plan on leaving for a very long time. Addressing a couple of negative reviews I have seen... yes there are some noisy neighbors and yes there is trash all over the parking lot sometimes, but you can’t stop people from being nasty. From what Ive seen they do their best to clean up what other people don’t respect. I wish the pool would be open more, but its only because people that don’t live here keep jumping the fence and sneaking in and mess things up. The only real complaint I have is that they never answer the phone lol.

Was amazing untill the online rent the app never works when i needs to. then its some how your fault. and mostly rude office people when its a negative talk. love the apadtments themselfs tho

I moved here September 2018 by November my walls began to peel I complained about it the next month nothing was done until April 2019, by then you couls dee the brown part of the sheet rock. 2 weeks later the walls are doing the same thing again and yes it was reported. I have dates and pictures. I have cabinets that were half completed, my closet doors never stay on track Im having to fix those myself yet my rent was only compensated once nothing else is done besides me being hounded about the rent. Trying to move the h*** out ASAP because thats not the only issues Im having!

Its going on 5 months now and I love living here its so much space the staff and maintenance are wonderful just one small problem but not much complaint I really need to park closer to my apartment since Im handicap Im on a cane but I wouldnt trade were Im living for the world I have wonderful neighbors

I am terribly disappointed. Both myself and my husband a veteran have earnestly been trying to get an apartment here. We so much like the place. I have spoken with a woman named Amanda twice. She assured me she would send me applications via email which was not done. This was going to be our dream come true. We have been separated by 2000 miles for 5 years and want to remarry and build a home and new life together. I have cried and cried over this.

Went to do an application and was accused of forging my husbands signature??? Very bad customer service from the assistant in the office.

Great floor plans, quiet place to live

Worst place I ever lived !! Management did nothing to help with the noise of the people living above us. Signed a six month lease, we moved after four months. Trash everywhere and no one clean up after there dogs.

Such a very disappointing place to live. When you are woken up in the middle of the night and can hear the people above every word they are saying is super sad. Couldnt relax in your own home and hear your tv because of the jumping noise constantly. So very disappointed in the staff. Never helped to solve the problems. Maintenance was very poor. Trash and garbage everywhere, Dog poop all over the place. These apartments will be trashed within a few years.

I went there to check on what they have and how i can qualify this lady that works in the morning treated me like trash. maybe because i look different i dont have the right to live there. remember we all pay tax no matter where am from. she needs another job.
