I took my child here temporarily while his daycare was closed after Hurricane Ida. They were so accommodating and my baby was so happy to be dropped off and picked up! If they were closer to my work I would’ve switched here permanently. Even when their phone lines were down I never had an issue getting in touch with them, which is very important to me. The employees are all so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I did not get a chance to view the cameras because the internet was not working, but I like that they have them available normally. The prices are fair and the hours are nice too.Thank you for taking care of my son for the time he was there!!
My son has been here for 2 months now and we love it!! Brittany is one of his teachers and her communication is phenomenal. She answers my 500 questions and concerns all while watching, entertaining, teaching, and engaging a room FULL of 2 year olds! Sierra (his other teacher) always shows my son extra loves and after the first couple weeks of getting acquainted with this new enviroment... my son genuinely smiles when we pull up this place - I couldnt ask for a better blessing!!
My daughter absolutely loves going to A Childs World . Mrs. Chandra (owner), Mrs. Pat, and, my daughters favorite Tia are amazing of course the rest of the staff is great never had a problem which is surprising because my daughter is a little tornado . I would recommend them to anyone that asked. I do like that I can watch my daughter everyday on the cameras. I also like that they give you a paper everyday talking about my daughters day. The only that that I wish was different is that they learned more, but my daughter is in the one year old room so maybe it will change now that she is about to head to the two year old room.
We Love a child’s World. Our little one loves going there and the staff is always Amazing. A+ facility and a 5 STAR director. She is Awesome and is very helpful. The Best
Decent place for an affordable price. My problem was, not enough activities or stimulating my childs mind. I needed more learning & a lot less playing since, my child would be going to School shortly. The Staff here were very polite & friendly. My daughter enjoyed the time she spent @ this Daycare. I have more Conservative vales. The other Daycare I found was on the more Conservative side. They still said the Pledge of Allegiance & do Cristian Prayers every morning, learning Scriptures from the Bible one day @ a time. They have a big party every Friday & Celebrate everthing... A lot of pictures on FB great celebrations for B-day! Great teaches! Not saying that these arent... I pay a big fee for a nice private Daycare. Its worth it if you can afford it. For me & my family anyway.
My personal experience with them was lack of concern. I enjoyed being able to watch my child while at work on the pb&j tv; however, her experience there was life altering. My child learned that she was different than the other kids, but not a a good way. A little girl in her class told everyone to raise their hands if they wanted to go to her home and my daughter raised her hand like the rest of her peer and was told that brown people were not allowed at her home. I do not fault the child because hatred is taught. When I addressed it with the Director of the daycare she simply said that her parents/guardians has an older way of thinking, which is not ok, but fine, my 4 year old child shouldnt have been subjected to anyones hatred towards her or be made aware of it. I was asked for recommendations for daycare/prek and I told them I loved my daughters teacher but the lack of sympathy and the fact that the director avoided me at first and never actually resolved the issue with the parents or expressed her concern is unacceptable. She asked me not to take My child out of the school probably to keep it diverse, but I did withdraw at the end of the semester. My coworkers and friends suggested that I take legal action, but I just withdrew my child from the school and Id never recommend them to anyone.
