Well I must say that this is the first apartment complex I ever live at and felt so comfortable, very clean, safe and feel at home. Everything is around here, shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, bars, movie theater. I renewed my lease and this is my second year and I LOVE IT. The management team Brittany and Donna is the best. They are very professional and treat their tenants with care, respect and love. The maintenance guys are awesome, professional and well respectable as well. Anyone who is reading this, the negative comments are lies and their are some people you just can’t please. I am not sure why would anyone say such thing about the management team. I know that anywhere you go it would not be perfect, because no place is perfect, but I trust you living at the retreat you would not regret it. Stay safe and bless everyone.

I love living at The Retreat at Juban! The modern, gated, apartment complex is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. The managerial staff, Donna and Brittany, are outstanding! They are professional, knowledgeable, and so welcoming and friendly! They work beyond the call of duty to please and accommodate the residents. The maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable, and well mannered. Residents enjoy the two dog parks, the dog spa, along with our own free car wash! The pool and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The gym has modern equipment and has a view of the pool! I love the valet nightly garbage pickup outside your front door, Sunday through Thursday! Juban Crossing Shopping Center is across the Blvd. Rouses, retail stores, fast food restaurants and sit down restaurants are nearby and convenient! It is truly living in Paradise!

The community is so nice, it is SO absolutely clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is nice, the rules are followed without any fuss and there’s no “Karen’s” just good easy going people in a nice clean new environment. 100% recommend. Pet friendly, feels very safe, and right beside all the shopping!! *** DONNA (at the office) IS AMAZING! Thanks Donna and all of the office staff for being so accommodating.

The Retreat at Juban was the third complex I toured on Saturday. Donna was extremely professional!!! Whereas the staff at the other complexes in Walker and Juban seemed to have just rolled out of bed and inconvenienced to show the property, Donna was just as courteous to the walk-ins as the scheduled appointments, she was able to answer questions about billing from a tenant that was moving out. She worked to find an appropriate floor plan for my budget.The apartments at The Retreat are well constructed with thoughtful layouts. The common areas were well kept and maintained. I liked the bay door feature in the gym. The equipment was modern and plentiful for the complexs size. The pool area was very nice.Im excited to be able to call The Retreat home in a few months!

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. The management is very pushy about having new renters review the place ASAP, which I was immediately suspicious about. I’m happy that I held off until after I stopped renting. The maintenance team is great and management is spotty. They’re kind of hard to get in touch with and there were communication issues. I asked often to get put on the pest control rotation but, after a while it’s like they stopped caring and I never saw pest control ever again. The apartment was not as clean as it should have been when I first moved in and I had to clean it thoroughly. I also saw something that looked suspiciously liked droppings and unfortunately a month or two later, I started to have roach problems. I mean full on infestation, I was finding little German cockroach babies everywhere and I had issues with American cockroaches in my kitchen. I have a roach phobia so, that was not a pleasant experience. I tried everything to deter them I sprayed bug spray, used traps, cleaned constantly, and made sure all of my open food was in sealed containers. Sadly, even after all of that, I still had bug problems. Noise was an issue too, which seems to depend on what neighbors you get. I was next to a lovely old couple who were very sweet. Unfortunately though, I was also next to someone who was cursing and screaming at their child. I also had to deal with someone who I heard puking every single day, sometimes 3-4 times a day. I rented my apartment for about a year and a half so, that was pretty brutal. Beware, everyone slams their doors here too. This place is also quick to charge fees and charge you for services that they won’t provide, like pest control for instance. I was also charged a cleaning fee when I moved out even though my apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. Just please avoid this place, it’s not worth the headache and the money. You can find a place much more worth the price somewhere else.

We had the chance to take a tour and view this property. I was overwhelmed by how quickly we were greeted and made at home by Mrs. Donna. She was wonderful to our family. She walked us thru the property and the model and explained all the amenities and the expectations of the residents. Mrs. Donna definitely made our decision very easy . We are grateful for her taking her time for my family and we are more eager each day to move into this wonderful property. Thank you Mrs. Donna

We enjoyed our stay at The Retreat. Friendly staff and the amenities (car wash) were nice to have. We will miss the Juban family, but I’m glad my family was able to create memories.

Living at the Retreat at Juban is one of a kind experience. The apartments and grounds are professionally maintained and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Being able to walk to a resort style pool and gym from your home can’t be beat. The location is also great for running, biking, or shopping just outside the neighborhood. You have access to a grocery store, movie theater, and other shops in just a five minute walk. The neighbors are friendly and the apartments are stunning. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a short term or longterm home in the area. The private entry for each apartment makes it feel like a townhome.

The property is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing!! They are always professional, courteous, and very helpful. They even walked our sweet fur baby for us. If you want outstanding service then check out this community.

Donna has made made my transition so easy. I did everything out of state and she assured me it would be no problem at all. The entire process was perfect and she kept me informed every step of the way. I am moved in and getting settled in with no issues. Thanks a million.

Very very cheaply made!!!! Roach infested charged every month for a fee for pest control that never came also didnt work when they did come the very few times absolutely worst complex Ive ever seen and some friends of mine just moved out and they are trying to charge 1000 for damages to carpets due to pets when pet deposits are 350 a pet plus a monthly fee. Packages also seemingly disappear at this complex as well

Great community! I love that there are consequences to not picking up dog poop. I have kids that play in the yard. I love there are dog parks, a place to wash your car, a pool, and a fitness room! I love everything about these apartments! I love how you need to reserve a time for the pool and fitness room right now through all this craziness. I love where I live. This is home!

The staff actually cares here. I contacted Brittany regarding my pool reservation vs the max limit was already in the pool.The office was closed and she came, herself to address my concern and that just speaks volume.I have found so much comfort in my home knowing that not only do my concerns matter but, they are resolved quickly.

Super grateful for the staff. Manager put a in home ac in my apartment at 10 the other night since the maintenance man was working on something that was going to take awhile. I told her I could wait. She insisted and did not want me to get uncomfortable while he was finishing his other work order. The manager going out of the way for me is only one of the many reasons I signed up to stay another year.

Website states excellent customer service! Stay away from applying, this business is violating the fair housing act and did not return my 300$ application fees after 40 days now and not one response after multiple calls, emails, text messages. This is unacceptable to not return someones money or a phone call. I am preparing complaints afforded to me with the bbb, attorney General and courts now.

I am on my second 14 mo lease here. If I could buy my apt I would only if I could keep the mgmt team, maintenance etc crew. I had a Carey diamond earring returned to me by one of the head guys here. Super clean, safe & I feel at home. I own a Real Estate Co and came here for a “brief” stay, and I haven’t left yet. Donna, Brittany, Ray(spelling?) and all of the team here are here for us! They have been amazing during Covid, storms & all the chaos of 2020. Always a smile and great convo. I’d give the Springs at Juban Crossing 20 stars!!

I love living here! The staff is always friendly and inviting and just fun to hang out with. Probably my favorite amenity they have is the free coffee station. With me working constantly, it’s nice to be able to come in and grab a great coffee at any time of the day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I love my apartment! They never tell me no! If i have a question they always take time for me. I feel very safe in my home. I have plenty of security. But most importantly, the ladies in the office are FANTASTIC! Everything is clean and well taken care of.

One of the greatest locations in the area! Literally everything you could need within walking distance. The staff are great & friendly. They go above & beyond to see to it your needs are met as well as to remedy any issues you may have. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, 2 dog parks, a car wash with a pet wash station! It’s a great community with great residence!

These people are awesome! I dont actually live here, but have been a guest of many different residents. Ive been hired to DJ by their pool before too. Their staff go above & beyond to keep their facilities in good condition & the overall property looking in tip-top shape.(Britt, sorry about my previous 3-star rating with no review attached. My kids had my phone & may have done that when Google sent the notification asking if Id like to rate my experience, after we left that day. Sorry again also about not knowing the new rules while in Phase 2 of Covid-19 pandemic reopening.)

Not only as an employee, but as a resident I feel so comfortable living here! My husband has an upcoming deployment, and I know while he is gone I will be taken care of! I LOVE living here. I have an apartment with an attached garage, and it is so amazing getting groceries and a toddler out and into the apartment! This is a perfect place to live with maintenance free living, luxury amenities, and excellent response time from management! I was going to live here before I worked here, due to loving the feel of the community so much!

I lived here for a year. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, the rent is expensive, and the management is god awful.The management alone is good enough reason to STAY AWAY. Please go live at a different apartment complex on Juban, there are a couple.

Management is very fake and unfriendly. The fees are drastic. There is also a ton of fake reviews. Management really loves to review their own business..

Moved in rather quickly due to work ...was actually same day move in which was impressive! Then a few days later something came up with the house I was renting out and I had to move back out of town. They accommodated all of my needs and we’re very friendly. The apartments were clean and updated and service was second to none. They even provide a workout station with free protein. If I have to move back into apartments in Baton Rouge will not hesitate to rent anywhere else!

Beautiful place. The staff so so very friendly especially Holly, she goes the extra mile to make sure the residents are accommodated and comfortable and all their needs are forfilled. She’s a pleasure and a real treasure to the complex.

We’ve been living here almost a year and couldn’t be happier. After visiting more than 6 communities in the Baton Rouge area this was the one that had us right away. Since the welcoming, the tour, the whole leasing process til now the staff has been nothing but great. They take really good care of all the residents and are always willing to help. Maintenance is very good, everything’s always on point. We love our floor plan with tons of space and storage. Community’s location is wonderful with tons of retail and entertainment in walking distance. Happy to say we already renewed our lease :)

I absolutely LOVE the Springs at Juban Crossing! My fiancé and I moved here last August 634 miles away from my home in Oklahoma for the last 37 years. We were getting ready to be married when the job offer came through and had three weeks to get there so our wedding plans were a bit postponed. After moving in and just casually discussing this with Carly (the amazing complex manager), she suggested we allow her to host our small wedding there. We did not know anyone, were hundreds of miles away from our beautiful family, and this gesture was paramount to us! So... not only did she throw this together in record time but it was absolutely beautiful!!! That is just one example of the many, many, many ways that Carly and her amazing hand-picked staff have personally taken us (and other tenants) under their wings and seen to our every needs. From the office staff to the knowledgeable maintenance crew and even down to the landscapers and others hired by Carly, you receive nothing but professionalism and excellence. I have experienced apartment living before however, they make it your apartment “home”.

This community is such a great place to live. I moved in a little over 4 months ago and truly have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is friendly, there is plenty of parking and the facilities are always clean. Our dogs love the doggie park that we use daily, as well as, the doggie spa that makes it so much easier for us to bath them. If you are considering moving I would strongly recommend visiting Springs at Juban Crossing.

Awesome apartment complex, the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and punctual on repairs. The leasing office will work for you not against you. They always seem to have a smile on their face no matter what craziness I bring to them. The pool area is well kept and the Location to the shopping center is wonderful.

Highly angry and disappointed! They are lovely people who work here, but once your lease ends makes sure you look out for a big fat bill of “pet damages” to carpet when it was strictly foot traffic for a whole year! They are beautiful apartments but don’t be deceived they are built cheap. Also could never even open an oven or even boil water with out the fire alarms going off! I told the front office they detached one of them but the problem was still there! I hope I never have to rent again.

Awesome place, but fix the gate so my visitors may enter instead of me having to walk there or them waiting for someone to follow in.. 😬 But, I love the community and the friendly staff..

Great complex. Great community center. Pool has a very nice grill. Gated apartments next to the movie tavern.

They have a nice fitness area with free snacks and protein powders. The pool area is nice and large. They also have a large common area with a grill and tv sitting area. The apartments are nice and new with high quality appliances, floors, and countertops. They have a dog park and community car wash which also is equipped with a pet wash. Some of the apartments have attached garages if you wanted covered parking. Some of the apartments have fencing if you wanted have a little area for yourself.

Springs at Juban Crossing is a wonderful home! The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming. The maintenance crew is on it! They come in a timely manner and they fix the problem!
