We file owe own taxes and got the same thing H&R Block got. The only reason we got our taxes done by you was to get the loan. We get over $10000 back but did not qualify for anything. Without the discount we got it would cost an extra $300 to file with you. It benefits us none to come back next year.

Ive used hand r block for 8 years however this year the lady who did my taxes was friendly but i didnt feel like she really new what she was doing and the whole reason i pay to have them done is so. Someone who knows what ther doing does them she had to ask for help multiple times i had to leace and comeback later becuz she had to wait for a tax pro to get ther i would of rather had someone else. Do them
