They scratched our windows and shower glass. I called the owner Allen stone and he came out to Inspect, however he claimed that that was done by the construction crew when they cleaned the windows post construction. We had the builder come out and they said due to the amount of scratches and how deep they were we would have seen them Before the windows were even washed. I call back to Alan and he immediately attacked me, did you read the paperwork that you signed which has it they are not responsible for scratches, film tint, water stains, screen or window blinds. I told him that I honestly didnt care what is paperwork says that they were responsible since this was a brand new build and told him I would give him a few days to come up with a resolution. Also he cashed the check that we gave him Even after he knew that the windows were damaged and not clean. I called him yesterday since I had not heard from him and when I said who I was he immediately hung up the phone on me. As an owner hes an extremely unprofessional person. I would never recommend this company. If the site allowed me to give 0 stars thats what I would have done.

They dripped rusty water on one of my metallic nightstands and permanently stained it. The owner came by to look at it and refused to make it right. I would not recommend using this company.

They did an amazing job. Have a two story house with lots of windows. Would highly recommend this company !!!! Very courteous and professional.
