I am so disappointed in the owner. I have been coming here for about 4 years now for blowouts and never had an issue until recently. The owner did my hair and must of had the flat iron set too hot. My hair is completely fried. I went from having 4c kinky hair to like 3a. Never again smh when you think you can trust a stylist you have been seeing for some time think again !!

The owner does a great job but I think she charged to much. I got a color done one my head and was charged $150 which was outrageous I never in my life paid for something like that only when it came to braids. Natalie use to work here and she usually did my hair and would have never charged me that much. Im sorry to say that I have to go somewhere else because the owner charges outrageous prices.

HORRIBLE, SHE FRIED ALL MY HAIR OFF AND IT TURNED OUT BLUE AND GRAY INSTEAD OF BLONDE. I CRIED AND SHE STILL ASKED FOR $200 WHILE I WAS CRYING. I HAD NO HAIR LEFT. IT WAS FALLING OUT FOR A WEEK AND SORES ON MY SCALP!

Hair was very frizzy, I ask for a blow out not frizz not worth the price I paid.....black hair dye was all over my forehead and ears I have to buy dye cleaner to clean up over all not a good experience, stylist was friendly... but my hair was a mess

The owner, I believe her name was Josi, cut, colored, and styled my hair. She did an amazing job. I have very long, thick and curly/wavy hair and have a hard time finding someone who can do a good job. She did a great job!

I went three times to this place and none was a good experience last time my hair was so long and i told josie to cut just the tips and she went all the way to my shoulders and another point that gets my attention is that they are rude like they dont try to talk to the costumer nicely josie did but the other employees like they dont answer

I saw Natalie and I asked for a trim and came out with my hair significantly shorter than when I arrived. I emphasized many times how much I really just wanted a “teeny” trim. I sent her a polite message afterwards telling her that I was bit upset. Essentially I was told “it’s okay” and “ I literally dusted the edges” which is not the case. While I was there, the staff was friendly and my hair did look good, but it is not AT ALL what I wanted. It is now December and looking at pictures from April, my hair was longer then than it is now. I would not recommend to others.

I get great service every time I come for service. The employees are very nice. Josey always makes my hair look great and the prices are very reasonable.

Go to Hair Cuttery!! My hair was dyed 3 different times for a dark grey on BLONDE. Took 4 hours. A trim according to them is four inches & sloppy layers!! I had to re-cut and re-color MY OWN hair to fix it!

First time doing my hair here. The results were ok. I have curly hair so my roots need to be straightened out. The woman seemed afraid to put some heat on my hair. Lol...I was told for wash and set $25, I have shoulder length hair. She asked me if I would like to curl my ends, I said sure. She then told me it’s $35 instead of $25. Just to flip my ends upwards.. I won’t be receiving any more suggestions. O

OMG, don’t go here! I went in to get my hair dyed blonde with brown low lights and she fried my hair and chopped it all off. I stopped her while she was cutting and then I seen it was a gray/blue! Now I have to wait a month to try and fix it! I’m soo upset! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 😭😢

Natalie does an excellent job on my natural hair type. Im never disappointed and in and out in a reasonable time.

Went a few times to try to give it a chance. Last time I went I took my daughter to get a simple cut one length. There werent any customers in the salon, the woman said she could do her haircut right away. I brushed her hair and went to the lady in the back and told her my daughter was ready for her hair cut. I see the lady decided to take her lunch break while my daughter was sitting in the chair waiting for it to be cut. I then tell my daughter we are leaving because her father has to go to work. They all start talking in Spanish and suddenly are able to do the haircut. Its uneven and the service was horrible. Never going there again.

I just called asking if they were open today on MLK Day, and was told : I have the wrong number!Very Poor Customer Service!!!

Did not understand what i was asking but made a nasty face when looking at my hair. I didnt go to be judged just wanted highlights which she was unable to do because she didnt speak english enough and was trying to match against colors that did not go with my grown out highlights. She did however recommend i come in later and speak with someone else

.This place is ok...if you are not in a hurry...prices are high for the location and time spent ...also some of the personnel do not take credit cards...that is a no no!

Rude . I asked one question about my hair and was told to go away. On top of it I work at the barber shop next door so its not like just some random black guy. But thats what they saw. I hate to pull the race card but it was apparent with this situation. Sad. Oh yeah was told there is no owner or manager I could talk to.

I went to paint my hair with Rosie and it hurt my hair, I wanted my blond hair and since I had that color I changed it to black and then she gave me 3 bleach the same day in my hair because the hair dyes had changed boxes and I hurt all my hair and then on top of that I had to pay $ 150 to hurt my hair and during the week my hair started to fall and I had to cut my hair super short because I hurt all my hair !!!, I do not recommend This place if you dont want to lose your hair.
