I just moved from Seminole county. I have been to YMCA of Orange County as well. I was not ready to see the outdated YMCA in Volusia county. I wish the county could afford to upgrade the equipment, refresh the bathrooms and shower rooms and open the swimming pool on the weekends as well! Not a great variety of classes. I miss my other YMCA. Hope for the changes to come

The director of the sports programs, Coach Bradley doesnt follow any of YMCAs beliefs or principles. She is rude and disrespectful to parents and coaches. She allows the soccer referees to not only play favorites but follow their own rules without repercussions. When you get in the face of a coach and or parent who actually tries to correct a call and teach the players the fundamentals and proceed to verbally attack that coach or parent you prove that you should not be in charge of any youth programs.

Great place, clean facilities, and the equipment is up to par! I really enjoy working out at this YMCA!

Update...stopped going because it sucks. Came back to give it another shot about 10 months later...still sucksNot enough stuff. Machines are outdated. You cant get a decent workout in. I spend my time there trying to stay calm and not get overly angry. I only go to this gym when its convenient because it sucks so bad.

Ms. Gri has been an excellent swimming instructor for my granddaughter Jada! She really knows what she is doing and Jada adored her. Thank you!

They use too early. While some of the staff are respectful and polite, others will not acknowledge you when you go in. One lady in particular always looks like she hates her job.

Pools closed on the weekends. Whoever decided this was a good idea .... it cost you my membership. I may only be worth 53 a month but I had a membership for 6 years with yall. I refuse to pay double and triple other gym membership rates when yall are offering 1/4th of the servic .

Bro yall makin kids play in the heat sun ok. So first what I was is for big lights like on baseball fields so kids can play like from the evening to night. Kids get sick and could get a heat stroke from it. Anyways. The pool, gym, and sports are really well. Its just soccer that concerns me.

Great place to work out, have all the basic, variety of classes for all agesthe people you met most are friendly, .trainers are always there to help .good.

What a nice place. Its not just a gym, its a nice environment where some of the nicest people go to get fit and stay fit. It all starts with the amazing staff who does a great job on maintaining a clean place and wear permanent smiles. I jus love this plave!

Joined to use the pool and gym- but now the pool is closed when we try to come on weekends, and they keep shaving off evening gym hours.The weekend hours are frustrating. My only days off and it’s only opened for a few hours.

Total scam not only did they forge my writing they raised the price of my membership without my knowledge. That caused my debit card to bounce considering I didnt know they just raise prices when they want.Then they couldnt just wait for me to come in and turned me into a collection agency. I was sold a $35 a month deal and charged $75 the second month. I have 10 more days left and im on crutches with 3rd degree burns which I showed them and they wont freeze my account so i can at least use the 10 days I paid $75 dollars for.My (uncle) lawyer actually pointed out that they never informed me of the price increase which is why the account bounced. Plus they need to work something out if they want to attempt to do good business.I was spoken to like I was trying to steal when all I did was sign and give my credit card number. I immediately terminated my membership once I saw the forged handwriting which is clear as day not mine. The highlight line threw it and circle around it made it a bit obvious.Of all gyms many I have worked in I trusted the ymca. I have been going there since I was a child. They cant even give me my last 10 days? I know all gyms scam but this is the worst I have seen. I hope they fix it so i can delete this. Good luck doing business like that. There are new gyms for less than half the price coming up all over town.For $75 a month i could buy one.

Most of the machines are in good condition, very good maintenance only the closing hours that must extend until 10 at least.
