I needed my septic tank emptied. Came the next morning, was fast and professional. Price quoted on phone was paid, no up charges! I will be using them again!

First pump out since buying the house 3 years ago. When tank was pumped out and inspected before closing we were not there so we didnt know exact location of the tank. This was explained when setting up the appt. Was told it wouldnt be a problem. Of course worker could not find Septic Tank in the yard for pump out. Dug up a large portion of my grass looking. Did not do it neatly either. Its now all dirt in the area. Then buried my sprinkler head when filling back in and just left. Called to complain and the owner said I should find it my self and theyll come back out and pump it. If you cant even find the tank Im surely not going to trust you to do the job. Had another company come out. Tank was found in 10 minutes. Very poor attitude from owner and worker who came out. Expected more from a company with such high reviews.

David came out immediately and was so professional! He also took the time to explain to me what was being done and why. If I am ever in need of septic services again, I will absolutely be calling Alpha Environmental Septic Services!!

There really isnt much youre supposed to be impressed with when it comes to septic tank cleaning. They come up, pump your septic and go on their way.But Dave at Alpha goes WAY above and beyond. This is going to sound weird, but hes super knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure I get the most life out of my septic system.Before he left we spent 15 minutes talking about the things I should do to help extend the time between septic pump outs and prevent my drain field from needing replacement anytime soon.Some of the stuff he told me kind of shocked me. We use everyday stuff without knowing its slowly destroying our drain field.I 1000% recommend Alpha to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped. I cant speak to their other services, but if they take the time to help me out when its a simple pump out, I can only imagine how good their service is in everything they do.Thank you!

I had a really bad emergency and another company promised to show up and help and they didnt show up or called to cancel the appointment. They just left me waiting. Michael, from Alpha Environmental, came to the rescue. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. He helped me figure out what the problem was and came to my home and fixed the problem. He answered the phone every time I called and his services were reliable and professional. Thank you so much for your help.

The service guy Joe was professional but the company is very overpriced.

The owner stated, Bite me! in reference to his competitors prices and then hung up the phone. Mental case.
