I drove all the way there on my lunch break to drop off something with the lab and the person was at lunch. They would not allow me to drop it off because there was only 1 person working in the lab that could take it. I had to drive all the way back to the lab after work to drop it off. There is nothing on the website saying they are closed for lunch during certain times.

If I could give this place no stars I would the wait time here is ridiculous!!! I’m talking about hours the wait room was so over crowded and right now with covid cases rising it’s just unacceptable for them to book so many people at the same time! I will definitely not be returning here!

I have been trying for almost 2 months to get my previous mammogram records since I have moved to Ohio from Florida. I have left messages and finally last Wednesday June 16, 2021 I spoke to a Rachel after asking for a supervisor. She apologized profusely about the problems I had been having and assured me that she would mail out a CD of my records to me the next day. Well here it is a week later and I still have nothing. I had a mammogram here and I have to go back for further tests because of something showing up. They really need to see my prior ones. This is totally unacceptable for women who have had breast cancer in the past.

Been here twice now. Once pre-pandemic and again today. Abnormally long wait times to have your imaging done at both appointments. It’s ridiculous! I’m not giving them another chance. My time is valuable too!

Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!! Appointment time here means nothing?! No update as to how long it could be. We waited for 70 minutes past appointment to get called for test. And just to make it clear we were way early for the appointment.

My girlfriend checked in via thier app as advised for her 1pm appointment. We get there and the front desk could not find her appointment. Scheduled appointment basically turned into a walk in. Way to treat a pregnant patient who was required to show up with a full bladder for her exam.

This place sucks. I will never come here again. I would advise anyone to go someplace else. The staff is so slow and not helpful. They could care less.. update.... waited too long now going somewhere else.

If I could post a 0/5 I would. My husband went there for a cat scan to see if he had brain cancer. Set up an appointment for 7am and arrive with plenty of time. They tried to get him to pay, out of pocket and upfront before anything was done. They hadnt contacted the insurance after we made the appointment and made several excuses as to why they wouldnt take his insurance included it only worked in Illinois???? We recently had a son in an advent health hospital and they took our insurance just fine. Absolutely lazy and inconsiderate staff I dont wish anyone to have to deal with.

They charge Out Patient even though they aren’t even in the same city as the hospital! Go to Lake Mary AdventHealth Imaging instead, they are honest and bill fairly and more affordably as an Imaging Center.

Awful experience. Dr Shah went on vacation and they still scheduled biopsy. I got there paid in full and Dr Panera refused to do it. Still had to pay full price for ultrasound that morning and he was not comfortable to do his job. No patient should be treated this way. Could not get anyone to call me back or help in anyway. This is horrible. Go somewhere else please and save yourself some time and money. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have tried calling for 2 days now. I never get a person only the automated saying the wait time is longer then 5m. I hold for about 30m and no one picks up so then I choose option 1 for a call back and it insists I will not lose my spot. 2 days now and not one call back. I have called 7x.I have called all the numbers for all their locations.

Making the appointment was very easy. The person on the phone was more than nice, and I was able to get exactly the day and time I needed. When I arrived for my MRI, all I had to do was show my ID and compete a couple forms. Just the normal stuff. I only had to wait about five minutes. The tech that did the MRI couldnt have been nicer. She was on time, explained everything as we went along, and was very gentle. For me, just the MRI machine is a little intimidating, but the tech made it as easy as possible. The place itself is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Fish Imaging Deltona, and will be going back there for all tests I may need. They do mammograms and have a full lab too.

I made an appointment to have a pelvic ultrasound my doctor ordered for Monday. On Friday they call and pre register me. Awesome! After verifying everything they tell me I need to pay $122 at the time of service on Monday. Like I always have a spare $122 sitting around on a fixed income. Ya right! I ask if I can pay half and the rest when the insurance has paid and I get their bill. They say they dont set up payments unless it is over $250. So much for having insurance! I have had services done here in the past and never a problem. I told them I pay bills AFTER the insurance has been billed and they can send me a bill. They say they dont do it that way and they are only pre registering me. I called the Imaging center back and said I cant pay and they can bill me. Their solution: reschedule to when I can pay. Nice! So much for patient care first. No wonder our country is such a mess with medical issues. I guess you only have a diagnosis if you can afford to pay before the imaging. My lawyer even advised I should NEVER pay until insurance has been paid and they send you a bill. It happened in the past that an office was overpaid and I can only guess if they reimbursed the insurance company. I just got a check this week from an exam from my ophthalmologist 9 months after my appointment because they charged me too much. I canceled the appointment.

Horrible place you can’t even make an appointment there. They will give you a number to call and then they start asking all kind of questions about the testing you need. Finally they asked if I can fax the order and then call back. What’s wrong technology is not helping those who need to make appointments and don’t have a fax machine. Go to LAD they will make the appointment in front of you.

Wow, almost $7000 for a CT scan?! My 1300 out-of- pocket alone this more than a lot of other private would charge total. To make things worse the lady at the front desk guessed my race wrong (she was off by a couple continents) - its better practice to ask, as racial/ethnic data aids in diagnosis and treatment. Stay away from this place!

Very nice place. Elizabeth in CT was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that the CT they did of my husband was the most accurate poasible based on previous images done. Very professional and personable and went above and beyond. Thank you once again

Facility opened at 645 i was there when they opened my apponiment was at 700 we were called at 7:25 .. Wait to long .. We scheduled firts appointment buecause i had to go to wk and my daughter had to go to school .. i asked front desk at 7:10 about how long, they said should be any minutes without looking or asking anybody, and we were called 15 minutes later .. No good bad customet service

I have been there for mammograms, sonograms and biopsies. The staff had always been friendly, professional and very patient (I’m in a wheelchair and I have never felt rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them),

I took my mom there and the receptionist was great. she informed me of the time i would be waiting and very polite. The person that did her mammogram on the other hand WAS not. At first, informed my mom to answer a question on her paperwork as NO, even though the answer was yes, she said they would have to do a different test if she answered yes, :anyway that is previous pain, not new pain, you had told us avout that last time>. Well OKAY, then should of done one. She was very rough with her breasts, pulling on them. she did not have the mammography machine adjusted correctly, then finally said, well i guess i could let it down a bit. then If we have to go back, she will not be on our tech

It is almost impossible to make an appointment for the imaging center. They put you on hold constantly, promise to call you back and never do. I asked the girl how many people they had at the call center and she told me they were 30 people. I wonder if they have 30 people why do you have to wait so long on hold. I spent half a day on the phone and still wasn’t able to make an appointment. My appointment was for a follow up on a mammogram. I called my doctor to have the authorization faxed to the imaging clinic. I called to confirmthat it had been sent. In addition to that I also went to the previous office where I had my original mammogram, picked up my results (including a disk) and took it to the imaging clinic. I was told at the imaging clinic that the authorization needed to be sent to scheduling. I called my drs office back and they told me that the authorization had been sent to scheduling. I called scheduling and to make the apptand they told me they didn’t have it. The girl called my doctor to have it resend and told me to call back in 30 mins. When I called back I had to explain the hole process again. They put me on hold to find out who had taken care of my call and they came back on the phone I was told that no one knew about it and that they will call me back. I’m still waiting for the call. I have had bad experiences with fish memorial and this hassle has confirmed my feelings about it. Not worth it messing with it. Spend your money somewhere else where you will get professional and caring treatment. I normally don’t like to give negative reviews about any business, however, I found it imperative to do it under these circumstances.
