Global-Aid Transport has medically transported my husband twice. Our transporter, Carlos, was wonderful. He was caring, compassionate and very conscientious. Our vehicle was on time and our trips were completed promptly and carefully. Would highly recommend.

Robert was extremely professional and caring with regards to my mum in law and placing her in the vehicle. He even stayed longer than what was expected so he could see we got into the place. He is a funny guy as well and was very kind in his manner. Although, the price is a little high, I believe it is worth the money for your loved ones to be safely delivered to their destination. From the moment Steven walked into my mom’s room at Winter Park Hospital, I knew he was going to treat her with care and dignity. He was confident but gentle with her and I was so impressed with how he transferred her from the chair to the gurney. That care and concern continued when he transferred her to the chair in skilled nursing. If mom ever needs this type of service again, I hope they use Global Aid Transportation and she is blessed with Steven!!

Recently, Global transported my father, last minute, to the hospital for treatment. The driver was right on time, in a nice clean van, and could not have been nicer. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name(it was a very stressful afternoon). I requested a few things upon arrival at the hospital from the driver, and all of those requests were properly executed.Having used another service in the past, Global is several tiers above. Had to have my wife moved from a skilled nursing facility to our home with short notice. Called Global-Aid Transport and within 2 hours Steven showed up and was able to get my grumpy wife home. These people were so careful with my mother, so kind to her and to me. There are always paperwork slowdowns when checking someone out of a hospital, and the driver kept me posted the whole time so I wouldnt worry that something was wrong. I really appreciated how professionally and carefully they treated us, but it was the kindness and understanding that melted my heart. Things have been so bad and the news is so scary and full of hatred, and here are perfect strangers who will treat you with love and care.

Most professional transport company I have had the pleasure of useing. They where on time and always checking to make sure I was comfortable. The in ride movie was a nice surprise and distraction from the ride. The van seamed to be new and well maintained and very cleanly. The ride was smooth and they did there best to avoid bump and sharp turns. Over all very pleased with the fast and friendly service. 10/10 will use again.

Global Aid Transportation was recommended by a rehab facility, but I was told they were expensive. Based on the quality of service we have received, I would say their prices are very fair. Steven was beyond helpful in transporting my mother! I was able to make arrangements and have the transportation handled within 24 hours. Steven was prompt, professional and most importantly, he was kind. He was engaging with my mom and made her feel very comfortable. I highly recommend!

I could not say enough. I needed my mom transported from a Rehab facility to an ALS, but, at the last minute they required an Anti Body test. Global Aid stopped at the medical center, had my mom tested and then took her to the ALS. Never received a negative comment or push back, they worked it out!! Thank goodness for people like this. Made a very frustrating situation a non issue.

We needed a transport and the hospital was going to set it up for us but when we heard the ridiculous price, we decided to look elsewhere. It was going to be twice the amount of Global-aid who really helped us out by being very accommodating with the time of pick up. The owner picked up my sister and asked her what kind of music she wanted to listen to and made her feel really comfortable. I would recommend then to anyone!

Omg! What can I say... I have never, ever experience such professionalism in a company. Steve and his team was such an amazing people. We dont know them and they dont know us. But, for them to take professional beyond their expectations is a WOW. It was my first time calling them to help my mom to take her to her Dialysis. Its scary to let your loved ones to depend on a stranger to take her from Deltona to Altamonte Springs to her appt. But, Steve and his team made so comfortable to trust them and I wont lie I would stand by the window when I know mom is coming home to make sure shes OK. Now I dont do that. We hired this transport company to pick up my mother-in-law from Tamarac FL to a rehabilitation center closed to where we live. The drive was around 4 hours. My mother-in-law had nothing but all praised to Steve and his brother Reed. She said they were very polite, assisted her with great care not to mention that she felt better and safe knowing that these guys are also an experienced paramedic. She was so relaxed during the trip and had a wonderful experience.
