Julius called me back in about an hour when I first inquired came over the next day looked over what I wanted done and quoted me a price that was fair.He is very responsive using text messaging and set up an appointment with me and let me know ahead of time that he was coming which was great. He and two other workers showed up picked up all the debris that I needed to have removed raked up everything and asked me if I was okay with what they did. The next time I need my Oaks and crepe myrtles and other trees taking care of I will definitely be calling OnPoint I will not be using my other service anymore.

Excellent service. I used OnPoint back in 2014 and was pleased to used them again. Julius recommendations was on point. Now when I look out my kitchen window, the backyard is totally visible. Tree were trimmed, stumps ground down, overgrown area cleared out and I can now plant a flower bed. They were respectful of my wishes. Total clean up. I highly recommend.

Couldnt be happier. To say Im a difficult client is putting it lightly. Im a perfectionist. I pay attention to details. Last year, I made the mistake of hiring another large tree company. What an absolute nightmare! The workers destroyed my yard. It looked like a bomb landed in my back yard. There were branches everywhere. Ground wood chips were piled like newly formed mountain ranges. It was terrible. I literally cried. So i was extremely hesitant about hiring another tree company. I read about on point and im amazed. Julius came late on a Sunday and gave me an extremely reasonable price. He told me i didnt have to be here. (I was skeptical about that bc i was worried i might need to moniter for possible destruction). But, i trusted him. So glad i did. Got home from work today and work was done. Cant even tell he was here except that that the dead limbs are gone. No damage whatsoever. I will be calling again and recommending to anyone needed tree and yard services.

These guys are the BEST!! We had a tall dead pine tree waiting to fall on our neighbors fence any day. We got an estimate from another company and they tried to reschedule us 3 different times. I called the guys at OnPoint on a Thursday, they had an estimate by Friday morning and came to remove it all on Sunday morning. They were extremely nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any lawn or tree services. We will definitely be using them again!

My mother and I have been using their services for about two years now. This company is extremely detail oriented and has done an excellent job each time. From mowing to tree trimming and cleanup after hurricane Irma, the results have been great as well as the prices very reasonable. The owner of the company is very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company for your yard and tree services.

Do not use this company for any of your work. The owner is rude and does not communicate with his clients. We contacted them 3 time over 8 days and were ignored.The owner made nasty comments to my wife when she reached out to find out why we had not heard from them.Very poor customer service.Will never use again

Called Julius to get an estimate on trimming a few trees. He arrived promptly on time to do give an estimate and was friendly and knowledgeable. We setup a day shortly after that and he arrived with a few other workers and they quickly went to town trimming my trees. They did a great job, and Ill definitely use them again. Excellent service. After Hurricane Matthew, 2 trees fell on our mothers house. They gave an extremely reasonable price quote and came out the very next day. The job was done in a few hours. OnPoint tree service did an exceptional job. Julius came out on a holiday weekend, scheduled me within a couple days and in a matter of 6 hours he and his team fell two decent sized trees without incident. Once they were complete they cleaned up the yard as if they were never there. Very competitive pricing, professional and great work ethic. I called other tree service’s and couldn’t get them to come to do an estimate for 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend onPoint and use them again in the future. Great job!!!

An impressive experience. I had a big Elm tree that I had concerns about, that was leaning towards my house. So a friend recommended Julius at Onpoint. He came out quickly and determined that the tree was diseased and that we should take it down soon. He gave me a very good quote that I could afford and in just a couple of days, he and his crew were there taking it down. He was right about the condition of the tree. The base was rotten and not much was keeping that tree from coming down on my house. Kudos to him and his crew. Plus, they raked the lawn and swept the roof. Nice job guys!

This guy and his crew are great! I had a bunch of trees cut down and trimmed up on my property. Julius gave me a quote and dealt with me being wishy washy about what I wanted done.. He knows what hes doing, and they worked all day, and hard to get it done. They cleaned up, and left with no mess or debris laying around for me to take care of. I highly recommend this service and will use them again in the future.

We needed some trimming around power and cable lines. I looked through Google and OnPoint had very good reviews, so we called them yesterday. Julius called back in 5-10 minutes and we arranged for next week; however he had an opening today and called us back in an hour or so. They came this morning and quickly and expertly did what we wanted. Then cleaned up and were gone. Very friendly people and the price seemed fair.We have been approached by several door to door people representing various tree services; but I always hesitated because I didn’t know anything about them. Today was an excellent experience and that is all I can ask for.

I was blown away by the work ethics and professionalism displayed.While cutting down one of the trees, Julius noticed a bluejay nest on one of the branches with young birds still nesting. He gave me the option for him to come back in a few days after the birds had flown off on their own. I said yes, and called him a few days later to return after I noticed the young birds had flown off - he returned immediately and finished the job. His big heart blew me away!
