Noah was self sufficient and taking care of business like a boss. I got there and saw 7 people ahead of me. He had all of us, myself and a person behind me, out the door within a very short amount of time. He did it all with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you, from this customer!

WORST UPS store ever. DO NOT trust to go here. I shipped a duffel bag of clothes and personal items and got the confirmation that my package arrived at the front door. It wasn’t even my package and I don’t know whose it is, but it had my shipping label attached to it. Don’t know where my original package went and will have to go through the hassle of trying to find and retrieve the original package. Terrible service. Never had a problem with UPS until now but they really messed up on this one. Whoever messed up this bad should be fired. I received a box with a Christmas looking tree thing inside while the original package was a black duffel bag. I don’t understand how you mess up that bad. Waited and paid just to receive the wrong package.

I’ve been going to this UPS location on Doyle for about 2 years. I’ve used them for Amazon returns, fingerprints, and other verification for employment. All of the young men that have provided service here have been professional, courteous and kind. Service has also been provided as quickly as they possibly can, especially when only one is on duty.

Every single time I come here whoever is running the counter is extremely rude. Would rather drive further to get better service, therefore never going back there again. Don’t like your job ? QUIT. 🙃

Made an appointment for finger prints. John the manager was 42 minutes late. Deborba was extremely rude! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here!! UPS store is orange city is 100% better.

They are very friendly and helpful. The lady and the guy working there rey their best to be quick. They are very polite. I definitely go there again if need it.I send the email to them. They print it. Notarized and fax it.Veey easy process.Thank you!!

Slow moving disasterThe place is a total mess. Boxes all over the main floor. Cannot even stand in line (e.g. red box) due to all the customer package on main floor (is that safe/secure?). Also did not have packaging material - really, a UPS store out of packaging material. Kind of like a McDonalds with fries. Disappointed for sure. Guess Ill try one in Orange City next time if I cannot avoid UPS.

I went to mail out 4 boxes.(..i went in with a shopping cart to carry the boxes, a roll of packaging tape and a sharpie marker in my back pocket) i asked the clerk Jon if he had a sticker saying FRAGILE. he said he did not . ( i know that the post office has a fragile tape they put on boxes with fragile items) so i proceeded to take out of my back pocket a black sharpie and proceeded to write FRAGILE on all four sides of the boxes..... i paid and he asked me for the marker back. i informed him i came in with the marker in case i had to write on the boxes . he said i did not . . i always keep a marker in the cutout on my car door since i volunteer at a food pantry. i had just spent lots of money to ship the boxes and i get accused of stealing his marker..... sad i never had a problem at that location..i do not think i will not be going back anytime soon .

This is my fourth time coming at 8:30AM to check my businesses mailbox, they have not been open on time once... Ive waited for 20 minutes each time and no one shows up. The keypad on the door has been broken for years so my key card is useless. This is absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to look into these issues. Based on other reviews Ive seen recently posted this issue is on going and the owner is certainly aware.

I was hoping my situation was a one off but I have never seen a business that doesn’t honor their operating hours. It is a simple concept open when your business says your open so customers don’t have to sit in the parking lot questioning why they ever chose to use ups in the first place...

Love how convenient this location is. Everyone is so nice and helpful. With my Amazon addiction, they make it easy to pick up or return and are open late enough to masked it to them after work.Keep up the good work guys!

It’s 10:10 (and counting) on a Saturday.This place is supposed to be open at 10. Ridiculous.

This is rarely open on time. 10:05 AM and the store is closed. Got 2 people out front and 4 people in their cars waiting for it to open.

They say open Saturday 10:00am... was there 10:20am. Guess what, closed. WTF, lost my time and gas.

Came to ship packages and it says they’re open if you check online. Then it says 11am-3pm on their door. I drove away at 11:23am because they were still closed. Hire a better store manager or employee that can be reliable. It’s always an excuse with this store.

I shipped from this office and they were able to find the package. This would be able since I shipped from this location they have a record.Personal working there are wonderful to deal with. Strive to get you the correct information.

Why even post hours if no ones going to be here at the time stated on website as well as Google and your door sign. Either switch the times or come in on time!!!!! Frustrating

This Deltona location is open on Sunday, which is why I went out of my way to go there. Gregory was very helpful and friendly, even though I’d forgotten my return labels and needed help to print it there.

Dont waste your time coming at 8:30am ! Its 8:50am and still close even tho the hours of operation said it open at 8:30am from Monday to Friday.
