They arrived on time & were done in 2 days after estimating 3 days of work! The team was polite and the owner worked with the guys both days. They respected my home and did not damage anything. Their process was amazingly efficient and basically dust free. I did wipe off my counters when they were done but there was really no dust/debris on them as they covered everything with drop cloths. They removed 1600 sq feet of tile/wood flooring in the home and did other demo work in my master bath and laundry rooms.

These guys were amazing. They arrived at 7:30am, removed 1000 sq. ft of stubborn tile. Then cut a trench in the slab so I could relocate a sink drain. The trench was a work of art. Cleaned up an were out of my life by 3:30. Absolute pros.

I had tile flooring and a tile bathroom removed prior to new installation. They were professional, on time and left the place immaculate! I would definitely use them again!

Brett and his team did an incredible job at our home yesterday! Everything happened just as described ahead of time (they have an extremely thorough preparation form, of what to do to get ready for them). The team arrived on time. Within less than 3 hours all 1100 square foot of tile was out of the house! A couple of hours later, the thin-set had all been ground off... vacuumed, and they were out of the house! Very efficient team of folks, that work well together. They ran (4) chippers and (4) grinders throughout the day, which made the work go very quickly. We are living in the house during the renovation, so it was very important to us that it be dust-free. The vacuum equipment they use is extremely powerful, and is attached to all of the chippers and grinders. The floor is now a nice clean, blank slate, ready for our tile installers. Great job guys!

What a pleasant surprise. We needed the rest of the flooring taking out and I couldnt bear to go through all the dust in the house again. I had considered renting the equipment and doing this job myself. However, after reading some info on the hazards of the dust thats created and unexpected problems that can pop up I decided to bid it out.After talking with the office at Dust Free and getting a general quote I felt that their price was high so I made some more calls. I did find another vendor from the West coast of Florida that said they would do the job for about 20% less and was intending to move forward with them. I have been around construction all of my life. I have rarely encountered a more professional company than this firm. They are responsive over the phone, are up front on costs, and dont try for add-ons They have one of the best statements of responsibility for both the company and the home owner that I have seen. The crew arrived on schedule, performed the work on schedule, - my wife really liked this-they wiped down all the horizontal surfaces as well as the windows prior to departure. The price was right, and the crew was dedicated and great. The work was as advertised. Equipment did contain all but some fine dust. The finished product was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again. It is important to note that owners have responsibilities in emptying spaces and general prep clearing the site for the workmen. Tis is well defined in material given to the owner in advance.

I was frustrated trying to find a tile guy who could remove my 1000 of floor tile and try to keep the job site clean and do it asap. I have to live here too! It is a miserable situation no matter how you slice it. I use to do this type of work so I was skeptical anyone would do the removal as well as I could. I cant work that hard anymore.I found Dust Free and again, very skeptical I hired them. They showed up on time and quickly set up the equipment. They had 6 or 7 workers and they worked very efficiently. Each with their own special high powered vacuum tools. They spread out and got right to work.The job was finished by mid day and I was a happy man! The floor was clean, smooth and no dust! I was going to put up all sorts of plastic and towels under the doors...I just let them do their work and the whole experience was terrific!The value was very good. I would have paid about the same amount to have two guys show up when they felt like it, and would have to deal with days filled with dust clouds floating through my house!If you face the same situation as I did, hire this company now and save yourself a lot of worry and grief!!!

I prefer to DIY, but after spending an hour to chip out 3 floor tiles I decided to call in the pros, and it was the best decision I have made in a while. They showed up exactly on time and in about 4 hours had completed the job. The process truly is dust free and they left the floor exactly as I wanted for the new tile installation. It isnt often that my expectations are exceeded, but they were. It was a completely positive experience.

My tile was removed today and they did an amazing job. They also removed some wood that saved my husband back ache and time. They were constantly vacuuming and cleaning up. Not only was it a job well done they were also very professional. I was explained exactly how the work would be done and I they showed up when they said they would. I would say they are very organized which is great when dealing with any house projects. The owners take pride in their work and I know they wanted me to feel happy with what they did. I also felt safe having them working in my house and I am a satisfied customer.

We were very happy with the engineered floor removal upon entering. Unfortunately one of their workers decided to put tape over a broken piece of tile in a room they were not working on. They would not come back and remove the piece of tile that they had broken and hid. We were very disappointed they did not want to come back and make the situation right. Now we are left to remove the broken tile and our kitchen is filled with dust.

Brett came out to my job on a Tuesday looked at what I needed said he would be there Saturday and showed up. I am currently building a house and I can’t tell you how many trades I have called who said they would be here and then were a no show no call. I had them fixing work that another trade had messed up. The work was phenomenal and no mess. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be using them again.

Just want to publicly say, THANK YOU, BRET AND YOUR TEAM. This was my second time hiring them . They removed our chattahoochee pool decking. They were considerate enough to take extra precaution to cover our greenery on ceiling in Lanai. They did that for me to give me extra piece of mind. (They knew it was unnecessary) My lanai looks like the rain forest. Nothing ruined by dust. Our first project they removed tile floor and tile backsplash in kitchen which was open to our main part of house. It worked! No dusty disaster. Im impressed and always recommending them.

The boss and the crew (2 guys) showed up a little after 8 am, the stated time of arrival. It took them a few minutes to set their equipment up and started removing the shower tile and wallboard. Their work was clean and efficient. They put down drop cloths on all counter tops in the bathroom and on the floor where they took the debris out of the house. They had completed the job before lunch and removed their equipment and left. The area was clean, and just a very light dust remained on the window sill which was easily wiped off with one swipe of a dust cloth. No dust traveled anywhere outside that room. They were very professional and efficient! We definitely would hire them again for the next job, and recommend them to our friends.

MAN OH MAN!!!! These guys are everything you do not know you need, think you dont need, swear your going to save yourself some money by not calling well your WRONG!!!! I priced out what it would cost me to get all the proper tools there that I would need keep in mind this is STILL going to be dusty as **** Thats also before I would manage to hurt myself or break something which of course would definitely happen you know Murphy...
