This is an inferior company whose owner has a indifferent attitude towards the disabled people who are in need of transportation and most of the drivers are unprofessional poorly dressed and not to mention all of the vehicles dont have adequately working air conditioning in the hot Florida heat and although theres no smoking signs posted in the vehicle it literally wreeks of cigarettes and permeated with smoke which means you get to your destination totally smelling like a smoldering ash tray regardless if you never smoked a cigarette in your life and the owner has been told about this problem, yet because hes just interested in the money he gets from Votran Customer he really doesnt care or does anything to correct the issues that the customer complaints about. All in all this company does not maintain the same standards of Votran who hires out its overflowing work to the private contractor that seriously wants good business with the community in volusia county. In my opinion, I believe that Votran should reconsider letting this inferior inept company service their customers.And the drivers almost never show up at the schedule time, its harder for me as a disabled person who sits in a wheelchair waiting for the transportation to arrive, only to show up late with a substandard vehicle and nothing compared to the clean air conditioning vehicles of Votran with polite and friendly professional drivers it is sad to say that all of my experiences with lil wagon transportation has been a utter night mare and horrendous to say the least
