The quickest fix and the best experience! When I thought I was gonna have to pay $500 for a new screen (iPhone 12pro max) they simply worked there magic and had me out the door with ease, don’t forget your mask though.

Great place that is reasonably priced! My phone charger broke in my phone and the tech easily fixed it after my hours of attempts lol. He was friendly, the shop was clean, and they enforce social distancing/ mask, which I can appreciate.Also they off a curbside pickup for your devices and online appointment options (which I did).

Margarita assisted me the last few times I was at this store. Maggie is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am an hard of hearing senior with poor vision and my age bracket does not deal well with this new technology. She showed extreme patience toward me and resolved all of the issues I had with my laptop and iPad. I consider myself very fortunate to have been assisted by Maggie at this location.

They replaced my battery. In the process, there was minor damage (finish came off the back). They told me about the problem, then ordered and replaced the back of my phone for no charge. Sometimes things happen, but I really appreciate a business that makes things right.

I needed my shattered screen replaced on my Samsung phone and they did a fantastic job! They had to order my screen replacement which took a couple of days but once I dropped off my phone, it was ready in less than 4 hours. The employees were great, answered every question I had. The price was fair, I needed the whole screen replaced and didnt want to buy a brand new phone even when this one worked just fine. The first place I called was CPR in DeLand and they quoted me an extra $100 to do the same thing. So I will always recommend this place to anyone that asks!

Brought my phone in to get the glass fixed and they returned my phone shattered and completely broken with no service when it worked perfect when I dropped it off. Some big juggernaut looking ogre named margarita then lied to thier corporate office and said that the phone was broken before I dropped it off even though the receipt I have states it was working fine. Now Im out a 1700.00 phone that I now have to replace because they wont own up to breaking my phone. Do not bring anything to this location.

DJ was great! I got there at 4:30pm and the store closed at 5pm (Sunday). To fix my iPhone 8+ was going to take 2 hours. I explained to him that I had a flight to catch that evening and he was able to fix my phone phone within the half hour! He was absolutely accommodating, efficient and friendly. First, I suspect all 5 star reviews are fake. If you look at the facebook pages for this corporation, they have nothing but complaints. These folks are scammers. I recommend you do not take anything there. They claim to be apple certified repair to get you sold, then they install NON-APPLE parts, which break easily with NO DROPS. Then they tell you they are NOT apple certified, and that they did not install genuine apple parts, and that the 90 day warranty they sold you on, does not apply. Manager was supposed to contact me by email, but NEVER DID. They have had my phone for 3 weeks. Corporate is giving me a line of bull. They talk to manager, but manager STILL doesn’t email me! I have submitted a complaint to the FL state attorney general. I suggest everyone else do the same. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to shut down this business, especially this location. I have NOTHING BUT TIME on my hands and I will spend everything I have to drag them into court. I will not be lied to. I will not be ripped off without consequences. I gave them 3 weeks now, to make this right, or at least try. If anyone wants in on a class action suit, please contact me.July 18 Update,...corporate on June 9th offered to refund me and mail my phone back. I did receive a refund, but I never got back my phone. The customer service person has not replied since June 9th. The support email has responded once to say the CS is working on it and waiting for my response. I explained I have emailed him several times, received a check, etc, but just no phone. They responded and said the CS is workign with the store to get my phone mailed back to me. My wife finally made the trip to the store Friday and ask for my phone and the “manager” Maggie said she sent my phone to recycling. This was after my wife had apparently called her before her vacation and told her she would probably pick it up after vacation. Maggie is spiteful and angry because I called out her incompetance and she has commited THEFT of my phone. Now I have not had a phone since May 11th. Not a huge deal up to now but it has proved inconvenient. Work is starting back up and I need the phone. Maggie claimed she told my wife she would be sending it to recycling if she didn’t come right away (before vacation), and my wife called her an f’ing liar, and Maggie told her to leave or she woudl be trespassed. Well my wife shouldn’t haveused that langauge but it seems acurate. My wife cannot stand liars. Meanwhile it costs $300 to replace an iphone X 256 GB on the used market. Also it has a case on it so that is an additional expense.

I recently went to get my iPhone XR fixed the top half of the screen wasn’t responsive only the bottom half and the screen was all cracked, the camera wasn’t clear and, the battery drained faster due to the screen being messed up. I went in the store and told the guy my issues he was very nice and professional. I was out of the store in 5-10 minutes and, he told me to come back in a hour. Within 30 mins my phone was ready for pick up. The screen is brand new just like how I bought it from apple, my camera also looks back to normal as when bought it & the battery doesn’t drain anymore. I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here good prices and good service !

I went in today for repair on my cracked screen. My phone has been broken for about a week now and I have been traveling which has made it even harder for me without a phone. Went in for a phone repair, got turned away because their system falsely told them I had a warranty and wouldnt let them do the repair.Then I went back a few days later after calling all these warranty companies for no reason so they could tell me I didnt have a warranty(which I knew). Well apparently the one screen they had in stock for my phone was used elsewhere and now its on national back order? Ill just do the repair myself when I get the chance because the screen is available everywhere online but uBreakiFix.

These guys are just amazing!!!! Called in after my S10+ decided to take a gravity test while I was cleaning the protective case of course. Screen LCD got damaged as you may imagine. John was very helpful in orienting me as to the cost and process. Mind you that I had gone to another place minutes before and that place quoted me $100 more for the exact same service so Im telling you that their prices are absolutely the best. They had the screen in stock so I just dropped it off and in no more than 2 hours they had it all working and ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! You wont find any better service than this!

I explained to staff that the phone would not charge . After replacing the battery for $50 I received the phone back and the charge would last for minutes. I took it back again and it was suggested the charge port could be the issue. Unfortunate they didnt run diagnostics first to determine this false assumption. After another call they stated the issue was the proximity sensor and another $60 would fix the problem. When I picked up the phone and turned it on the battery was discharging so fast I told staff it would be dead before I got to my vehicle to which they now responded it must be my power management chip. The communication was terrible and became evident this store had no idea what they are doing. When I questioned their technical competence they incredulously stated have fun at the Apple store. Be aware that UBREAKIFIX consist of a bunch of young kids who suck at customer service and are not likely much better at their craft...Buyer beware.

I just want the whole world know what a great customer service this store has in the person of Amber! Here is a little bit of my story: my phone broke the charging port so I went to this store UBreakIFix in Howland Deltona to get it fixed. Amber from the beginning was very courteous and polite. She EVEN apologized for the little waiting time I had - because when I got to the store, there where couple of people waiting in front of me ( I wanted to point this out because it was the first signal of the great customer service I was about to experience from her)So after she took a look at my phone, she told me the charging port was dirty and broken. Unfortunately since mine is an Android phone...they didnt have the parts to fix this particular phone. Also, since my phone was about to die, she decided to clean it up and do a quick fix so I could be able to charge it back and make it through until I get in touch with my phone provider to deal with the issue.HOWEVER, because of Ambers great customer service, they just earned a new customer plus I will recommend this store to anyone with any phones issue. This is the first place you should go. Thank you Amber again. Youre the best!!!

I had a great experience! My daughter broke her screen so I brought it to uBreakiFix for repairs. Roy was able to get everything in the system and taken care of quickly. The last glue kit for the Pixel 3a didnt work out, so they made a trip all the way to another store just to fix my daughters phone. I really appreciate the dedication.It took a little longer to get the phone fixed but they were straight forward and up front with the issue. This place is fantastic! I had an issue with my phone not charging and I came in expecting to drop my phone and pay for the repairs. But instead, they looked it over and just gave it a solid cleaning which fixed the problem. They even tested it before me and refused to take any money for such a simple solution! I will definitely be going back.

This shop is amazing I had a broke my s9+ on a Wednesday. I went in and talked to Roy. He was extremely helpful he explained the fix would take a couple of days due to parts being ordered. I explained this was a company phone. And he offered to let me use a loaner phone so I would not miss any business calls. They over nighted the parts in and had the phone repaired by Friday.This store is awesome saved me a lot of money by repairing my device instead of having to buy a new one.I will be bringing all of my electronics here for repairs!!!
