I have been working with Frank, Ludy and the entire Live-Tech Team for several years. If there was only one word I could use to describe these guys it would be COMPETENT. These guys are very knowledgeable in their field, they work extremely long & hard to make sure they deliver excellent service and they do it all with a smile. I am satisfied with their service; I recommend them regardless of where you live.

Ive had Live-Tech take care of my computer for over five years now. I am not part of any company. Im a retired person who uses my computer for personal use. Any time Ive had a problem, I just call Live-Tech. Frank and Ludy are super responsive. No matter how insignificant my issue is, they always take care of the problem. Not only will Live-Tech solve my issues, they often take the time to show me how to use computer features I never knew I had.I have limited knowledge of the workings of hardware and software.. I have been working with Frank with live tech for about 3 years or more. They have been very helpful for me since I am computer iliterate to a certain point and sometimes need step by step instructions to get thru what he is trying to get me to do. He and his crew have saved me time and computer space as well as dollars each time I speak with them. There is never a wait time as they answer immediately. If they have to call you back, its within 5 - 10 minutes if not then they will email you as to when they will contact you.I would recommend them highly as this support team is the real thing.

Live-Tech: Some of the best advice I received was to contact this company for my computer needs!! I am of the older generation that did not grow up with computers and altho I am comfortable with the simple pleasures of using the computer, I often get myself in trouble and am at a complete loss with getting back on track. Having Live -Tech is one of the best spent money I can have as help is minutes away. A live person takes over and my problems are handled with skill and with a pleasant and wonderfully cheerful manner. I HIGHLY recommend this company .I could not be more pleased !!!!!!!

Professional, patient, courteous, efficient & great service. Frank took care of me and walked me though how to remote access and then, BOOM. He took the reigns, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, recommended anti virus program to ensure system runs optimally. He has been my go to guy since 2008 personally and now, with my own contracting company, professionally!! Perhaps someday I will make it to the brick & mortar store but until then, good to know Frank is always there!!

I have had Live-Tech support for six years. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Live Tech; you simply can not go wrong with them. They are my IT staff and have never failed to give me and my team anything but outstanding service, in fact I consider them a very important part of my team.

Our company has been utilizing the services of Live-Tech for over eight years. They support our server and the many computers in our office as well as several computers in our home. I dont know what we would do without them. Frank and Ludy are always so helpful in taking care of all of our IT problems. Besides the general maintenance of our server and computers they are always ready to help with the connection and maintenance of our printers and scanners. They have restored some of our very old computers that have literally been at deaths door. They also have supported our phone system and have set us up to take calls remotely when we are working in locations outside of our main office. We are always calling them for one thing or another and they are always ready to help no matter how big or how small the problem. Any products that we have bought from Live-Tech have been installed in our system with lessons on use. As far as I am concerned Live-Tech is the best there is. I would not think of going anywhere else for our technological needs.

I normally do not write reviews but since I seen there were other complaints similar to mine with live tech, but then I figured Id speak up about them as well. They charged my card $99 to fix my computer remotely, which they worked on it for about 10 minutes, restarted it, everything seemed fine and I was happy, then the next day I was having the same issue. I called them back, and they told me theyd have to charge me again as I was charged for a per session repair service. They refuse to do anything, and come to find out they kept my credit card number and information on file without my permission, when he asked if he wanted him to process my card on file to proceed. ugggghhh!!! They dont even deserve one star!!!!!

Been to the shop several times now. Had 2 computers I needed cleaned and sped up as well I needed some adapters for my home entertainment setup. They know much more then I have come to expect from stores lately. Was very impress and happy. Live-Tech I will be back next time I need something :) thx :)

Frank zabriski the Vice Prisedent of Live -tech is a terrible person, and very bad image for live tech. A company with such potential should not have a dishonest person as the front of its image .he is a complete liar. He claims to be a volume player and big shot and in reality he is nothing but a crook that lacks the basic concepts in business.Do not to approach this guy. He will take advantage of your money and services . There is no added value from this person and he lacks the basic ethical and professional concepts in business.I will never do business with live tech because of this person. Be aware

I have had Live-Tech as my computer protection service for a number of years. I cannot say enough about their support. Live-Tech is reliable and always courteous . I trust them completely.

Please think twice of working for or using any of live techs services. They claim to be some big tech support company, but its one guy that over charges and misleads his customers into purchasing things they do not need. The entire company is a shame, I highly suggest avoiding this place, you will save yourself a lot of money and trouble.

I have a small company that keeps me very busy. I am not in a position to have something go wrong with any of my software or hardware. They took over a month to fix my smart phone, and I paid more then the going rate come to find out. Since then Ive complained about everything and they basically hang up on me every time.

Lucy Chacon contracted me from out of state to perform some IT repairs for him a few years ago. He ended up stiffing me (at the time a poor college kid) out of $1,000. I wouldnt trust him or his company. Lied repeatedly and then stopped answering calls. Would not recommend.
