I went on 9/23 and the phlebotomist was the only person working there doing all by herself. She was so nice and professional! She made an usual stressful visit for my special needs son into a wonderful perfect visit. She was extremely nice and caring! To be the only person working there she did everything great and fast! Im really pleased with my visit. It has been a long time I havent had such a great experience as the one from yesterday and all because of her. I dont want to mess up her name but I think her name was Aklema? Not sure Im sorry but she was wonderful!

Scheduled an appointment online walked in and didnt wait long at all. The lady was absolutely awesome. Im very sensitive when it comes to having blood drawn but she talked to me the entire time and barely felt a thing. She was such a sweet heart! Wish I caught her name.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. It is not the fault of the worker that LabCorp doesnt staff enough to cover demand, nor is it her fault when a patient forgets their insurance card, or when the A/C fails to function. She is always helpful and courteous - even in the face of disgruntled patients that have no patience.

My husband had to bring a stool sample to this location and didnt have any hats so that it could be collected properly. Upon returning to deliver said sample the employee at the desk was rude and disrespectful to my husband and demanding of what he should and needed to do instead of just explaining what he needed to do nicely, and when another customer chimed in to backup my husband he was yelled at by said employee. This is absolutely ridiculous and Im filing a complaint with corporate.

Absolutely hands down the WORST lab Ive ever been to in my 43 years. Atrocious conditions: 80+ degrees in the waiting area, only 1 witch working the whole operation, I came just to drop off a spicimen and Im still sitting here 40 minutes after I checked in on the kiosk. Their pathetic system couldnt find a long time customers insurance info and made him wait 40 minutes to tell him they dont have his info. (Hes been fasting for 24 hours) If you have a choice DO NOT come here!

Acklema did a good job. I didnt feel a thing thank you for making it go well. And also she saw me right away aftering signing in.

This was the best lab corps I have ever been to!! my Tech(Acklima) was absolutely amazing and so nice!! most of the time theyre not able to draw blood and they have to send me to the hospital to get a ultrasound to find a vein But she literally poked me one time and got it!!! She was so gentle and I barely even felt it!! Most the time theyre only able to get a 1/2 of a tube of blood, IF THAT but she was able to get all 7 tubes she needed. she is VERY experience and knows what she is doing!! If and when I need more blood work this is the ONLY place I will go and mrs. Acklima is the only one I want to do it!!! Tha I you so much again Acklima you really made my day!!

WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR THIS LOCATION IF ITS NOT OPEN TO ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!! 3 people standing out front of this facility and not one of us knew this location would be closed. Now I am sitting at another location which I may not get the test done on time BECAUSE YOUR FACILITY COULDNYT POST A SIGN OR GIVE THE CLIENTS WHO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS A CALL.

I made an appointment for the Deltona FL location and arrived before time and checked in on my phone. After I waited for about 15-20 minutes I walk up to the door and see that the location is closed!! The online scheduling as well as mobile checkin should have been disabled! I proceeded to go to the place that was listed on the door that were honoring the appointments for the Deltona location and was informed after checking in and waiting for another 15 minutes that they don’t do employee drug screening and to go TO Publix next door. I thought going to Publix was weird but I know nothing of this company and its ins and outs so I went to Publix pharmacy and waited in line for about 10 minutes and was told they don’t do drug screening for LabCorp but there was a LabCorp in the same plaza and maybe that’s what the LabCorp employee meant. So I head to this LabCorp location and get there at 2:34 only to find that they closed at 2:30! I would never recommend this place for anything to anyone. I feel that companies are using Covid-19 as an excuse to give poor service to paying customers. I wasted 2 hours driving to 4 different places and still ended up not getting my employment drug screen. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I had a scheduled appointment for 12:30pm at the Orange City, FL location, but ended up being sent to Deltona, FL location after arriving and checking in.When I got there, I checked in via Wait Where You Are feature. They told me they were ready for me so I went inside. When I went inside, the person at the front desk said there wasnt a technician there today and that I would have to go to Deltona, FL to get my urinalysis done there. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I would expect that LabCorp would call ahead if they need me to change my appointment to the Deltona location.On top of all of that, I had only driven to Orange City because when I called the Deltona location, the automated phone system said the location was closed. Apparently the phone number was outdated, so there was no easy way to know that the Deltona location was open. I live in Deltona and I would have scheduled my appointment for that location from the beginning had LabCorp updated their automated message on the phone.

Worst lab ever. They don’t care about doing there jobs

This place is trash. The receptionist is rude. When you need to ask her for help she says go to the machine & sign in. Not sure of her purpose. Came in for a 11:45am appointment. Finally got to me at 1:15pm. No one cares. They work at their own pace & disregard whatever you have to do.

They have this self-check in machine that is very uncomfortable because the person behind us read our information. So, theres no privacy at all. Very uncomfortable. Other than that, very nice.

Worst place ever!!! Only one person works in facility. Waited 1.5 hrs with 2 ppl in front of me! Cant believe this is even allowed. HORRIBLE
