I love this storage company! Every time I go in to the office it’s always a pleasant experience. Clean environment, welcoming staff. They have been more than helpful and understanding. The property is always immaculate and well lit no matter what time I am there. Cameras all around and I always feel safe. I feel a comforting peace of mind leaving my belongings there and I will always recommend storequest! I would also use them in the future. 10/10 I love them!

From the first call about can we drop off our out of state moving POD to the minute we sat down Miss Myriah Chandler was very attentive to our needs and all our concerns through our out of state moving process! She was efficiently getting back to us on quotes on units and whether or not her facility could accommodate us and while they couldn’t with allowing our pod on premises due to space the facility offers 24hr access and is beyond safe and clean! I have through several moves in NJ and this being our first experience in FL I would overly recommend to anyone because not only is it affordable but it is immaculate facility with very safe 24hr surveillance and customer services! I feel safer at my unit then I do in my neighborhood! Lol kidding not kidding!!!

We had a wonderful experience at StorQuest on Normandy in Deltona. We used two units for 6 months while we were in-between moves. The manager was super helpful and provided us with a joyful experience. I recommend this StorQuest for anyone looking to store their belongings.

Absolutely, love this place. . Manager super friendly love the access of 24 hours. And you really can call at 2 a.m. And reach a live person and they absolutely do whatever they possibly can to rectify whatever issue youre having. Trust me. I had to use them a couple times at 2 a.m. Would highly recommend this storage unit to everybody and anybody. Between the prices being reasonable the cleanliness, having access to bathrooms on premises, the 24-hour access with Live customer service also 24/7. Can ask anymore from this storage unit.

Horrible experience. There was no one present, we started a rental agreement virtually, and then could not get into the gate with the code that we were given. Tried calling back over and over all of a sudden we cant anybody on the phone. We sat in the lot for over 30 mins waiting to get some one to help us. Ultimately we cancelled the agreement and went to another storage place.

This is by far this is the best storage facility I have used. It is clean and well maintained. We have enjoyed working with Myriah. She has been a great resource and very friendly. She takes extra time to ensure our needs are met and goes above and beyond. We constantly see her out on the property when we come by making sure she can do everything to keep the place in tip top shape. Thank you for everything!

I gave them one star because it wont allow me to give no stars.To start a contract with them is very simple, but speaking to a manager is nearly impossible.I made a reservation with them about a month ago and when I got there the units were too small for what I needed so I cancelled the reservation.I never even moved in.The representative told me the manager would be issuing a refund.Of course that didnt happen so a week later I called and the manager was busy so they took my contact information.Needless to say I never got a call back.I have been trying them 2-3x a week and can never get the manager.Finally last week,a representative informed me the manager once again wasnt available but they had issued a refund and I would be getting a check in the mail.The check I received was for $50 less than what I paid and once again I cant get a manager on the phone. Worst service ever.I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
