I have been with this Allstate office for over 20 years. Anytime I’ve needed their help, they have always taken care of my needs. I have car insurance and life insurance with them. You won’t find a more honest insurance agent than they are. I highly recommend this office for whatever you need.

The Howes agency has been handling our insurance needs for seven years now. They are very Responsive and answer my questions quickly and accurately. They review our needs annually and always notify me early enough so that my premiums are paid on time. Very pleased with their professionalism. I recommend them to everyone.

Upset with Allstate and Rich Howe agency. Allstate maintained our car premiums exactly where they were even though we drove less than 200 miles on each car during current Covid isolation. They are very aware of our limited driving via the useless monitoring chips installed in each car. Why we did not receive some kind of good driving (or non-driving) discount is beyond me because we did not even drive! Upset with Howe agency because auto pay just showed up on my bank statement without any paper or computer notification and explanation of next six months. If Howe is too busy to notify or explain an $1172 withdrawal, they must have too much business to manage. Intend to switch coverage.

They make the application process super easy. Love love, love the service.
