First, you are dealing with an arborists! Our tree in our backyard NEVER looked so good, and healthy after trimming! Even my wife loves the look!!Everybody is knowledgeable, and professional! They are paying attention for safety- property and personal! They also removed some huge palm trees, and they make it look easy. Professionalism on the highest level! Our trees look great! They pruned 3 oak trees and many palm trees. Prices were reasonable and service was very respectful and considerate of what we specifically asked to be done on our trees.

I rarely write reviews, but this was one was a very pleasant experience and how good service should be. It was uncomplicated, fast and fair prices-Thank you. They came on Sunday to look at the job, trimmed & pruned 2 palm trees and a mango tree, while removing another mango tree on Monday and completed the stump on Wednesday. They worked clean, professional and the many choices of payment options are great. I will for sure use them again.

Delray tree service is the best experience I’ve had with tree cutting. I didn’t need a contract because their word was as good as gold. They told me when they were going to show up and did a very professional job. They could cut a tree like Mr. Miagie cuts bonsai‘s. If your fence is really close to your tree and I had a mahogany tree they cut it with precision. They show up with the right equipment the right guys the right time. You will be left with a very big smile on your face. Make sure to give them cold water they deserve it and they deserve a big tip as well. This is the second time I have used this company. The owner and staff are professional, personable and easy to work with. The first service call was for a huge fiscus tree that fell on the house. They made sure not to cause any additional damage to the house and was responsive even after a hurricane. The second service was to reduce two large trees. Kerry and his team came in and completed a deep trim on 4 huge black olive trees. When completed, the entire property looked much larger and is much brighter! The trees look sculpted.Beautiful job!It was a big job but They worked quickly and efficiently.

Delray Tree was a dream to work with! First of all, he called me back! Then gave me his price, showed up on time with a large team of men. They worked quickly and did a quality job, then cleaned up the mess! I would hire them in a minute again.

We contacted the company for a tree removal/replacement. Received a verbal quote and scheduled an appointment. When day of appointment came, no one showed up. Take into consideration we took time off from work in order to meet with company representative. We called (to see if they were running late), left several messages and text messages they had previously used text messaging with us). As of now, it has been a week and no response as to what happened. Unreliable, unresponsive and untrustworthy. This company had great reviews and we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, they are unprofessional when it comes to their quotes and appointments.

Had a very disappointing experience with Cary. Wrong tree was planted, damage to irrigation pipe that we were charged for, large tire ruts along our house in the grass that we spent $40 in sod and we repaired ourselves.Overall, the 35 foot mahogany tree was removed, stump ground down and sod applied to the area as proposed. The owner amended the tree selection by obtaining and planting another tree for us at a deep discount. This company overall came in with the lowest price from three competitors for the services rendered.

These guys did some stump grinding on a large Areca Palm. It was 5’ wide and I thought this stump would never come out... until these guys showed up.They used a large rubber tracked stump grinder so they did not damage my stamped concrete driveway. After ~10 minutes, the stump was non-existent. The actually cleaned up after themselves, then left.Caveat:One negative, they agreed to call when they arrived and they did not. It ended up not being an issue and I’ll spare the details but yes, In the future, I need to know when companies arrive and before they start work; orchestrating contractors with an HOA is painful albeit unavoidable.

The worst customer service Ive EVER experienced. The owner was extremely rude, threatening, and I highly recommend not doing business with this company. Hes also online as Boca Raton Tree Services so beware!

Cary and his team are professional and I made the right choice in hiring him. I will hire him again.
