Last week I was charged $64.75 when the actual postage was $42.80 an the additional charge of $21.95. So if my high school math is correct that is a 51% mark up. I understand these mail rooms charge a little more for the convenience but over 50%? I felt taken advantage of. When I questioned the charge, they just said, yeah, thats how we make our money. Also you cant see from the road that this is a convenience mail room and not a USPS because the only sign you can see makes it look like a government post office.

The best post office service and people. I run a business with po box thru there and the guys are SO helpful with my call ins to ask if i have mail and save me a trip out. Ileven after i moved, I kept my business with them.

This place will steal your package if they think something valuable is in the box.Scummy people that will steal from their own customers.

Absolutely the worst service.It’s impossible to have all good reviews. They screwed up my package and it was returned! Don’t believe the reviews!!! Very rude and nasty.

BAD experience! Boxes go missing, packages/letters get mailed to wrong locations. First time in 30 years Ive had these things happen and all of them happened to items mailed through this location. Very suspicious.

The owner complains too much,you can laugh at no business too!Great example,very professional sir from an owner to speak with a review I got treated like a 12 year old and I’m a grown man that’s why I’m complaining,very unprofessional.

These guys dont EVER answer their phone, very difficult to reach them. Im simply wanting them to forward me mail to my summer address, but the DONT answer their phone nor return calls.

Excellent Service! This is more then just your normal boxing & shipping store. The owner, James Giannuzzi also employs 2 of his family members and they make the atmosphere & work there both professional, but comfortable.They are experts at personalized boxing & shipping and no job is too big, small or difficult. My son uses Pak It Tight as his home office as well! He ships, receives, faxes, prints and uses them for all his postal needs. They make you feel like family 😊! 5 Stars for sure!

Place is a shipping machine The entire staff owners and da bird Rock! We have Bussines PO BOX LOVE THE SERVICE!!!Stood in line for ten minutes whilst a gal with 29k of BAD BAD PLASTIC SUGGERY argued about a ¢.70 difference in price on postage as the employee explained scales being different, she left to go elsewhere to save$ and dam near broke her neck due to high heels and not being able to see thru her Chinese eyes! The bird was laughing!!!

Theyre a Pak it Tight store with USPS services. What stellar customer service from this team!! The USPS made an error with an overnight package that was coming to me (The driver didnt even bother to try and find my address!!) and were going to ship it back to Chicago!! I had to have it today. The team there worked their magic...found the driver and had it in my hands in under 10 minutes!!! Top marks!! Thanks so much!!!
