Best Wishes is way faster than the main post office for dropping off my prelabeled packages. Their new location in the same plaza is smaller, brighter inside and looks organized. Congrats on your new place guys!

This post office is always insanely crowded. The staff is straight out of a Seinfeld episode. Line moves slow and the parking lot is insane. Ive never had any mail lost that Ive sent from here, tracking numbers are always up quickly.

A better alternative to the main USPS which is 1/4 mile north. The staff could not be more helpful and the parking is plentiful. Plus they have interesting gifts and jewelry. Truly a great store.

You would be better off throwing your package in the garbage than coming here. Rude unhelpful staff with lines out the door. I went in with a package and waited 45 mins. When I got to the front I asked for help picking a box. I was told boxes were over there and she proceeded to take someone to else after I had already waited 45 mins. This is after the last time I mailed something here it somehow ended up in California when it was supposed to go to West Palm Beach. RUN!

Very convenient compared to the main office. Work really hard and get creative for when you need help packing and shipping. I’ve never had a problem with any of the packages I’ve mailed with them as they all got to the destinations timely. Sometimes run out of stamps but you can always get those at Publix. Some unnecessarily nasty reviews here, crazy that people actually think that they’re stealing packages.I guess some people can’t comprehend that mail goes a long way and goes to many other facilities. Anyways, they do a great job.

Stay far away! Unless you like having someone go through your packages and taking out what’s inside for themselves. Glad my shipment arrived to the final destination with nothing in it but still sealed with the tape they used to pack it up with. Damn shame...... I recommend if you want something shipped go directly to usps.

Was really hoping they were open at 9. Waited from 8:52 (yes I was early) until 9:11 but store was still closed. I came here to mail package because last time I mailed a package from here, everyone was SO helpful. Guess that are having a late start today...other than that, I would have given them 5 stars

WARNING: this place known for losing your packagesI wouldnt recommend anyone go here under any circumstance.I think this is the first one star Ive ever given...I downgraded from a 5 star to a one star because they lost (or stole?) a package worth $296.00. I never seen this before in my life.

This place is not a real post office they charge fees and they aren’t a real office. They pay fir the name and horrible shipping! They lose packages and steal stuff out of them

I have been going to the new Delray location and that place has excellent customer service. Brittany is very efficient and is very nice to every person that walks in there. They make everything easy for you and your shipping needs.

We live in the Hammock Reserve plan in Delrsy Beach. The developer of our plan unfortunately did not have it when assigning house numbers. We have numerous streets but EACH STREET has the same house numbers.This post office does NOT look st the house number or street name.I just had a good neighbor text me to say he put a piece of mail under my door mat, it had our correct house number BUT it was placed in their mail box..plus it was a check I was waiting for.The last two months we have not received our bank statements & had to call the bank and request copies. Still havent received copy yet from request to bank 10 days ago...Wonder who received our statements?I would suggest each carrier take a test to see if they can sort the mail properly.. What the heck are the carriers being paid for if we, the homeowners, have to keep delivering & redirecting the mail to the correct house number or street?I rank these carries as minus 0 !!!

This place deserves a 0 rating. They only do what they want to do and get paychecks for it. They place had cost me about $300 because they were lazy to scan boxes. Dont go there if you want good service!

Since they re-opened, it’s great! The people who work there are extremely friendlyand always eager to help you.

Post office that will throw your packages in to be shipped but won’t scan them.. manager told me he would call me and never did, now the package is lost with the tracking number not working.

As bad as it gets--I sold my deceased parents apartment and on the day of the closing filled out the change of address form. The form advised you to notify the local office, (you would think they can do that) because it takes 72 hours to take effect. I tried calling 5 times, they put you on hold and then hang up after about a minute. DISBAND THE POST OFFICE NOW> These people do not deserve high paying high pension high benefit jobs.

This place is to be avoided. I brought in two pieces of art/pictures to mail. After wrapping them, and charging approximately $200.00 to send, they both arrived terribly broken. I called Best Wishes and they told me to get an estimate to repair send and that they “would do the right thing”. Upon getting written estimates, they proceeded to call one of the repair shops and falsely accused me of inflating the estimate. In fact the repair person told me that they could barely hold a conversation with Best Wishes as they were very belligerent. Subsequently, Best Wishes has declined to return my calls, texts, or emails regarding the repair. Please do yourself a favor and take this into account when you decide whom to do business with.

I stopped in today to have a battery replaced in my watch. I was told when I stopped in Saturday that the guy that repairs watches was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday, well he wasnt there and I was told he only works twice a week. The people working were extremely rude every time Ive been there. This place isnt the same as it use to be before the move. Save your time and aggravation and DO NOT give them the business, they dont deserve it.

By far the worst post office I’ve ever been too... Horrible service, incapable of programming an address correctly, almost lost my doctorate diploma, and they nickel and dime for any little thing they can, avoid this place as much as possible....

The customer service is so terrible, they should just close it. I asked her for her and she proceeded to tell me she owns the store and she doesnt have time for this and hangup. I recorded the conversation and I will send it to corporate. Just dont go to this store

I mailed two things in July of 2017 from this location and BOTH were lost before reaching the main USPS location. I will NEVER mail something from this location again. They have cost me hundreds of dollars.

Envelope sent to me and returned saying no such address return to sender.My friend sent me a picture and the right address was on it.

This post office is the most difficult to deal with. They are the only post office closed all day on Saturday and impossible to get on the phone. The phone rings and tries to connect. After several rings you get a busy signal.
