Kathy and Alexia are fantastic! Our company, Evolve MGA, has worked here for two years and loved every second of it. The layout of the office is great and the amenities are state of the art. The proximity to Atlantic Avenue makes for great happy hours, client lunches, and dinners. I would highly recommend Office 55 for anyone looking for flexible office space.

I have nothing but great things to say about Office 55 Delray! The staff - Kathy & Alexia are both an absolute pleasure to work with and they are so helpful. The location is prime, within feet of tons of great restaurants/bars/shops, etc. In addition, the office spaces are new and clean with tons of great amenities, and perks.

Ive had my law office here since 2011 and it has been great. I lease one of the private offices upstairs, not a co-working space. Whats really great about it is that I have someone to greet clients, answer the phone, get my mail, witness document signings, etc . . . without having to hire a front-desk person. The building is well-managed and I have a good, friendly relationship with the manager and the staff. There are a lot of good people who lease here, which is nice, especially because the management frequently throws meet-and-greet parties. It doesnt hurt that the location is fantastic. My clients love the fact that they can park here for free, meet with me, and then go out to lunch at a nice restaurant. Building management goes out of their way to help me, they are great!

Let me start off by saying Office 55 is the place to be to run a small business or house your companys corporate office like I do. I have been here for over 2 years..not only have I been able to grow my business, the friendly staff is extremely accommodating. Be aware the only down side is that space is extremely limited as New management stepped in under the leadership of Kathy Singh...it is nearly 100% occupied. The neighboring companies are very professional. The Office is about a 30 second walk from the ave... parking is easy as you are provided with a parking tag (you do not have to pay for the meter), Best of all as you pull off parking security will save your space.. Have to send a last minute fax but running out the door? no problem this place has concierge who will handle those requests. Companies or clients who call inbound are greeted by the friendly receptionist with your own personalized greeting. Downstairs has refreshments and is the perfect meeting place for clients or to conduct interviews and training in their conference room. Office 55 is the place to run your company and or start your new business.....Many companies like myself have started our companies here and grew our companies here... this couldnt have been possible without the use of Office 55.

Office55 is an awesome facility to work and grow our business! The new management is great - theyre improving the space, listen to feedback, and are very helpful and accommodating. Plus, this location cant be beat - a block off Atlantic, in the heart of it all and just a mile from the beach!

Office55 is excellent!! Its got a modern layout with an exceptional management team. Kathy, the new manager has made numerous improvements.The location is perfect and the in-house services are very convenient.

Office 55 Delrays coworking space is awsome! The space and its surroundings are comfortable and condusive to conducting my business with ease. The management team is the best...they are here on-site always available for any assistance needed. I plan on staying here, growing my business and eventually taking private office space in the building in the near future!

This parking lot is fraudulent and intrusive. They use the “park by meter app” which sounds exactly like ParkMobile app which is city of Delray’s app. I paid out of confusion and came back 2.5 hours later with a boot on my car. They make you pay 50 dollars. The parking guy came and his name was Nelson. He required a drivers license (so now some strange man knows where I live?!?!?!) smells like south Florida fraud. He then swiped my card on his private phone. Wow, a strange man in soflo has my id and swipes on his personal phone!!!!! Sounds like fraud waiting to happen. Any company that does this is intrusive and out there. Elite parking is hired by 55 Delray? Not a great association if u ask me. Do not recommend a company who scams people like this

Let me just say this place is really beautiful very nice inside and the staff is very friendly. This place really lacks the qualities that a good coworking space possesses. If youve ever been to a coworking space in NYC or other major cities you know that wifi is one of the biggest factors. There was some major Wi-Fi issue which caused me to leave, I couldnt wait any longer for it to get set up and I cant figure out why it would have to be set up to begin with. Parking was $20 for 4 hours the coworking rental was $20 all day. Do the math you have to pay $40 for an 8 hour workday whats the point?If this space updated their Wi-Fi to a traditional system of usernames and passwords and simplified their sign in system I would most likely come here a few times per week until then Ill be working at my office coffee shop.
