I had originally called Doctor Pools because the filter to my pool wasnt working properly. Marcello, the owner answered right away and was at my house the next day. He diagnosed the problem and replaced my filter within 3 days. Since he was so prompt and straight forward with the filter I decided to use them for cleaning services. They do not disappoint! They are so thorough and clean the pool so well I dont have a problem anymore! I recommend them for ALL your pool needs.

We have a small salt water lap pool with a spa that most pool companies think it is a waste of their time to service. We have had contract with 3 different pool service companies, Dr. Pools has been the best company we have ever used. They are not just a pool cleaning service, they advised us when we had a leak which they fixed and when we needed a new pump. We no longer worried about our pool maintenance because we know Dr. Pools has take care of it!

They do an amazing job serving the pool. We are on a schedule and they are always here on the same day and on time. I also like that they will text you if they notice something wrong with the pool or system. We had a crack on the filter they made us aware right away with video and pictures. They have also addressed issues right away whenever there has been a problem. They are pricey on parts/repairs so I would not recommend them for that. But for Fast/Reliable weekly pool service they are amazing!!!

Doctor Pools provides very prompt service with a very efficient and knowledgeable staff. They recently installed a new motherboard for my pool and returned to my house twice to help with the programs and explain everything to me. They responded very fast to the emails that I sent. I am so grateful at Marcelo and his team. They are very professional, I cannot be happier about my pool. The person who services my pool is always punctual, professional and courteous. George is extremely helpful and accommodating (I have requested to him change of dates on a last minute basis and he always helps)! I have bothered Marcelo via text message at night or Sundays with what I consider an emergency and he always gets back to me in a timely manner and helps me. I absolutely recommend him and his team!

Used them for several months and finally discontinued weekly service. Noticed calcium all over sides and bottom of my pool as well as algae in the tile grout. I tested the water myself but to be sure brought a sample to have tested. Not only did I have no chlorine, there was barely any stabilizer and the ph was over 8. They had been here just 3 days before and there has been 0 rain since. Needless to say I had to purchase 50 dollars in chemicals to fix. After canceling, out of curiosity I checked to see how long they actually spent on my pool as I’ve had to clean the filter on several occasions. From the time they came through my gate to the time I got an email saying my pool was cleaned was barely 15 minutes, every week. Now I wonder what the hell I’ve been paying for.

Let them take care of your pool on a weekly basis and you wont be disappointed! Just come home from work & jump in!!
