Called for a tuning and a surface touch up. Described the problem. Cher Brower who came over said she would return to complete task at no extra charge. I paid her bill in full. She never came back. Said she would. Bottom line, three lies and a no show. This is my first public complaint in 65 years. I waited 4 1/2 months to post this. I just cant get it out of my mind.

A real professional. The piano sounds incredible.
