I was under the impression that this guy was a hot shot trial lawyer, at least thats what he puthimself out to be, so, I gave Mr. Hot Shot a fair shot. Well let me just say what a disaster that was. Personally I didnt use Tom Robes now that he is in his own. However, he was involved with another firm, Bogani & Robes back in 2012/13. I would only caution anyone using his service to make double sure where his loyalty lies. When I was being represented his loyalty was to the doctor & the hospital rather than me. The doctor shouldve been Sues for malpractice but instead he dragged out the case past the statute of limitations. Also the doctor, whi was Dr. Lenard & St. Marys hospital Bills werent negotiated the way that they should have been. Just make sure all goes on and double check everything that pertains to your case.
