The worst service shop I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Absolutely no customer communication. The service rep who I had to have someone track down numerous times, didnt follow up on anything not even to call me to let me know that my car wasnt seen by a tech all day and that it would maybe be looked at the following Monday. NO one there has a clue about how to treat clients. shocked that people go there. we never will again.So if your into making an appointment that you have to wait a week for, getting up early, dropping it off to be serviced only to be told at business close on a Friday that your car wasnt even looked at then this is the place for you....

The Service Department claims to be slammed. That gives them an excuse for not being able to get to your job right away. They charge you top dollar for everything and $50 for shop towels. Everyone is very friendly and nice.

This review is for one guy. KEVIN MCGLYNN in the service department. I don’t do reviews. EVER. But this gentleman kept his word and took care of my vehicle’s service and he is looking into getting a paint issue on the driver’s side door sorted out for me that is under my warranty.Like I said, I really don’t like writing reviews, but Kevin McGlynn is a shining example of what ALL employees, regardless of job title should strive to achieve. Top Knotch. 5 STARS. I truly hope that someone at Crystler sees this review and recognizes this person for their work ethic. Thanks again Kevin..

I was a unhappy customer just a couple of days ago until I met the new manager Jonathan Pankrez. Hands down for this guy, he knows how to treat customers and he understands what customer service is all about. I was never going to recommend this place to anyone until I met him. I will always go back there for my service. Jonathan you truly are a man of your word and I am extremely happy I got the opportunity to meet with you in person. I leased a jeep from them about 3 years ago. When I did lease my jeep, they pressured me into writing a positive review.Fast forward until now, my Jeep has an issue and it is 100 miles of warranty- they will not fix it. The salesman we had (he no longer works there) lied to us and said my SUV will be covered for the duration of my lease. He lied. We had to call corporate, and they are sending us to another dealership location to fix the issue. Do not recommend this location.

Dont waste your time with their service department. Ive put my car there on Thursday at noon, and had to get it picked on Tuesday evening, because they never touched it. I was advised due to Covid, it will actually take 1 day to do the diagnostics before doing any work on the car. They were supposed to call. Friday - no call, Saturday - no call, Sunday and Monday they were not there (Labor day), Tuesday - no call. I had to call regional customer service manager to let THEM call me back, and I was reassured they diagnose it and call me in the evening. 5:40pm- no call. I call them, they didnt touch the car. I picked it up at 6pm closing time. Summary - 5.5 days without car, no loaner (that is provided after diagnostics) and some hours lost with dealing with this. Trying the second dealership in the area, hope my experience will be better. These guys dont deserve your business

Unfortunately I Purchased a BRAND NEW JEEP TRAIL HAWK for over $60,000.00 from Schumacher (Federal Hwy. Delray Beach)Some knucklehead who should not be licensed to drive crashed into the side of my Jeep (I dont even have 4,000 miles on it yet)Went to dealership for their body shop to do repairs. I was advised that their NEAREST BODY SHOP IS IN WEST PALM BEACH!!!??? This is UNHEARD OF. I have been in the insurance industry and am also a general adjuster/appraiser and V.P. of claims for a major insurance company and have been dealing with body shops & dealerships from New York to Alaska for over 40 years. I NEVER run into such an ABSURD situation as this.I should have done more research on this dealership before making a $60,000 plus purchase.

Four stars may be just a little generous but three stars wasn’t generous enough and I always want to lean toward kindness. Additionally, it was based on my entire experience - some of which was really great and some - not so much. But starting with the positive was my salesperson. Knowledgeable, generous with her time, and keen attention to details, Jessica could not have done a better job working with me. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She took me for a test drive and worked hard to get me a workable deal and after the fact, she was a storehouse off information about absolutely everything pertaining to the product she sold me. Literally she was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with and I have worked with dozens.I’m not going to go into a lot of detail about the rest of the experience except to say that I constantly felt like my time was not well respected. When I was told someone would be with me in a couple minutes, it was well over an hour. But the sales manager was easy to work with and a nice guy so I took the other issue in stride.What I really didn’t like took place in the finance person’s office. I worked very hard to get a specific deal with Jessica and her manager. A deal had been reached and I was quoted a price “Out The Door” with everything - license, title ... the lot. When I finally sat down in the finance guy’s office, he said, “Looks like I’m going to be able to save you even more money than you originally thought.” He then hit a few keys on his computer and spouted out a price that was over $500 more than I had agreed to. So I laughed and said - “How about no.” I explained what the deal was and he looked at me as though he clearly didn’t believe a word I was saying. So he called the sales manager and the sales manager corroborated my story. I heard him do so. So they hung up the phone and he fixed a few numbers and then said, “Ok” and proceeded to quote me the new price that was about $400 more than I had agreed to. He explained that the sales manager didn’t add enough to the out the door price to allow for the full amount of the after charges. Now I felt like he was disrespecting me. So I told him again that I wasn’t prepared to pay a dime more than I had agreed to and explained that if he wanted the deal he would need to lesson the price of the vehicle enough to allow for the end result number to be no higher than the agreed amount. And so it was done.I don’t enjoy experiences like that. They make me uncomfortable but I would buy another car from this dealership and recommend them.

The worst service experience I have ever had. Long story short my brand new 2020 Jeep check engine light went on and I couldn’t get the Jee out of park. I was able to finally get it into gear and brought it to Schumaker. Eight days later and absolutely no communication other than excuses and lies I got my jeep back. After eight days all they did was a software diagnostic and update. Two days later check engine light is back on. If you have other options never use this dealership.

Terrible communication between customer service and customers. Very slow, appointments only get your foot in the door, does not mean they will attend to your vehicle that day or the next. I would recommend anyone else besides Schumacher. I have never went through this kind of stress with any mechanic service.

Want to thank Josh, the Service Manager, for coming through on a big discrepancy between what I authorized and the final invoice. He honored pricing even though my extended warranty didnt cover what it was supposed to. Thank you guys!

This was probably the poorest service I have ever received from any car service center.Dropped car off at 7:30am with appointment. Shane (the service advisor) said he would call me around 1pm to let me know if I would have to pay for one of the warrant issues I brought the car in for. I told him I would like an oil change if the warranty service was no charge. He never called, so I called at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and was told he was very busy and couldn’t talk to me but he would call me right away. Never spoke to him again because he never bothered to call me. I came to pick up the car, and when I started to drive away, my tire light came on. It was not on before, so I turned around and asked them to put air in my tires. It took them 30 minutes...for air in my tires! Then as I was driving home, I noticed they put a big gouge in my brand new leather steering wheel of my brand new 2020 Wrangler! I am beyond upset. I will never go there again. Horrible customer service experience! 😞👎🏻

Worst experience in 40 years of car ownership. They assigned a service advisor who did not call or return my calls. My car was towed in wasn’t dealt with for a week. So even though I had transportation coverage no car was given as was told they need a diagnosis. That was just tip of the iceberg as the Management Tean proved even more problematic telling me once a service advisor is assigned they can’t change them. Seriously customer service is a foreign language at Schumacher

I usually do my own oil changes but I got a coupon in the mail and figured I give this place a shot “Express Oil Change”. I figured how long can it possibly take for an oil and filter change, right? I got there at 7:50 am (opens at 8am) and was the 4th car in line. After two and half hours I had to start asking the manager about it and he was like, “it’s done, just give me a few minutes” .... I got my truck back at 11:00am and they didn’t even do the tire rotation I requested. Never again...

Complete lack of communication. Lora the cashier was fantastic and helpfull, but service advisor Alissa was useless. Repetitive calls and messages unanswered by service dept and the advisor direct line. Tried calling for over an hour and nothing. I finally drive in only to find the car had been ready, yet no one thought they should reach out to me to pick it up. Lora is the only reason I will come back one more time to see if there is any improvement.

I took my Ram 2500 for the 15K miles service maintenance and the service advisor told me it would be only a couple of hours. So I choose to wait. It took 4 1/2 hours! After 3 hours I asked for my truck back and they could not find it and finally located it up on a lift. When they finished the bill was $200.00 more than what I was quoted. Really! That was adjusted; however, it really stinks to pay almost $600 for service like this! And based on other customers that I spoke to, the quality is very poor and some had to take the vehicle back. Wow, the worst ever Service Department . The EXPRESS LANE is a joke. I will never go there again, what a horrible experience. And, I will let everyone I know how horrible your dealership is! Believe me, that’s a lot of folks.Please don’t bother responding to my review, it’s obvious from your previous responses, you don’t take ownership or care!

Called on July 22 to make a service appointment for a window that cannot close all the way on our challenger....Still under factory warranty. I explained this to the scheduler but the soonest they could take me in is mid August. Cant leave the window like this until then.

Great service reps. The GM has failed to properly staff their dealership with enough mechanics though so the last oil change I had took 3 hours & I was there when the service department opened. Moat likely will go there again bc its my local however Arrigo is an extra 15 minutes away and it may be worth the extra driving. Was going to them prior and I never had an issue.

Save yourself time and frustration and take your car elsewhere! The manager, Dennis Ducette, does not return phone calls and the service advisor, Robert, is rude and unprofessional. They had my car for 3 days before anyone even looked at it.

This is the worst dealership to get your auto service done. one oil change took them five hours. and they lost the wheel lock key. They are so bad i canceled my service warranty and they messed that up as well. Do yourself a favor dont buy a car from Schumacher Delray and beware of their incompetent service department.

So far, I have had a really disappointing experience using this service location. My car has been there for almost a week now for something I was told would only take a couple of days when dropping the car off. I get that things happen, and I would be a lot more understanding of the delay if I was made to feel like any sort of priority or importance to them. I have not gotten a single update from the department, even after leaving multiple voicemails over multiple days this week. I didn’t even know the status of my car until I asked to wait as long as I needed to speak to my service advisor rather than leaving another voicemail that he wouldn’t get back to. I finally got ahold of him three days after my car had been dropped off, and he did not have any clue who I was. I understand there is a high volume of vehicles in for service, but it was disheartening nonetheless. He told me they had to order a part that wouldn’t even be there for another couple of days (meaning if I was communicated with, I could have taken my car back for the few days until the part was in rather than being without a vehicle this whole time). When I asked what was wrong exactly, he said he did not know because no one wrote anything in about it. Also disheartening. He told me he would call back the next day to get more information from the technician (he never did). Now, it is the day after that and I have still heard nothing despite leaving him another voicemail this morning. I still don’t have a car, and have no idea what is even wrong or the status of anything, despite it now being the “a couple more days” that he told me it would take. I am still relying on family and spending money on rides almost a week later with no explanation as to why or any sort of customer service from anyone. I will probably go elsewhere for service next time, if I ever get the car back.
