When I pulled up no employee talked to me.After waiting, I said I wanted an oil change. They never asked what kind and charged me for the premium package without asking.They pointed out my brakes needed to be replaced. I recognized and saw it with my own eyes no arguing. However I said I wanted to call around as they quoted me $524 for 2 new brake pads.The customer service representative told me it would take no more then 45 minutes, but it took 3 hours.The air conditioning unit was broken in the waiting room.The driver stalled out my manual transmission and revved it up to max rpm after test run of oil change and new brakes pads.

My car needed an oil change, so I decided to take it to this Jiffy Lube location. My ride sits low to the ground. Luckily this location had low ramps that my car was easily able to go over without bottoming out and/or rip my front bumper off.Derek, Will and the rest of the team were awesome, engaging, and extremely friendly. Unfortunately I was unable to get the rest of the team’s names to give them a shoutout, but they were all fantastic and inviting.Thanks for the great service. And thanks for getting me out of there in a jiffy ;)I’ll 100% return to this location for future oil changes.Rock on fellas. I’ll be back!

They tried to get one over on my mom knowing she has no understanding of cars. Sometimes when you’re a WOMAN going to automotive businesses they WILL do their best to take advantage of you anyway they can. Please be aware, save your receipts and always check Groupon or any other sites to save some money on your car expenses.

Super slow service. Had one car ahead of me that they said was finishing up. That took 20 minutes due to them up selling every additional service. My basic oil change took almost 40 minutes. Plenty of staff, just never in front of my car. The place was clean and the staff was nice, but the upselling adds to much time to wait inside a vehicle is shut off in this heat

I have been visiting this Jiffy Lube location for 10 years and trust them to do quality work. They do not aggressively upsell or try to push unnecessary services. The staff is friendly and professional, work is done quickly, and prices are reasonable - especially with coupons. I have had other services performed here, as well, besides oil changes, such as new brakes. You cant beat the convenience and value.

The team who serviced my car were efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. They changed the oil, fluids, topped off, inflated air in tires to proper pressure, rotated tires, and fuel system cleaning service. Beware...scam artists here. Make sure you check the invoice they give you before you pay. There were three items on mine today that were put there on accident increasing my bill by over $100. They wanted $255 for oil change and wipers. My final invoice was $140. Honestly I wonder if they even changed my oil.

I lived near this Jiffy Lube for 25 years so Ive seen managers & technicians come and go.In the pass,due to the service, I stop using this shop but 2 weeks ago I heard from associates in the dog park that This location now had a great crew.So I came back,and yes its True Excellent professional service.

All 3 of the employees were so nice and patient and hardworking. Fronel took the time to let me know everything that was going on with my car recommended what my car needed without being at all pushy. Will be back.

You go in for 1 thing and they try to make it come out to hundreds of dollars. I understand its a business but you shouldnt try to rip your customers off... I receieved an oil change and was told I needed other work done, my car is fairly new (2017)... They also tried to get me to get a new air cabin filter; wanted to charge $49 for an $11 part I got on amazon and installed my self. Again, I understand its a business but ripping your customers off isnt good business. I came here before for my oil changes and never had these problems. Honesty is the best policy.

The most unprofessional fat guy works at this location I waited 30 minutes to be put in a bay and then said it would be at least 30 more minutes for an oil change I was ignored because he wanted to upsell and I just wanted a conventional oil change. He was extremely rude and only prioritized people getting other things done. Never going back here again and don’t recommend at all!

The guys there work quick and are super friendly/respectful. Always have a good attitude which is awesome. 😊 I go here every time now. I drive a lot so I constantly need maintenence and theyre always fast and reliable. They check everything but dont pressure you into adding more services. They tell you what your car is needing as far as overall check up and you go from there. Definitely recommend. No lines/wait time after work either.

Defiantly the best Jiffy Lube in the area. Seem to do better work than any other mechanic ive been to in the area as well. My preferred spot for routine maintenance.

I have a 2004 car. It is 2020 now. Ive brought my car to this Jiffy Lube on a regular basis since I bought it. The car never has any problems. After 16 years, think of how much money Ive saved from not buying new cars. Just do all of the recommended maintenance and extend the life of your car dramatically. Simply amazing! I have a really good relationship with the staff here. They are really great. Its pleasant doing business with them.

I have never been so impressed with any company EVER! The way Jiffy Lube has tackled handling the Cirona virus is nothing short of brilliant.I cant speak for all locations, but tge one on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach has gone above and beyond pandemic rules.The biggest change? You no longer get out of the car to receive an oil change. You stay inside your vehicle as one of tge technicians expertly guides you up on the lift - like he was directing a Boeing 747. Really!Once I correct position, they walk you through turning on all your lights, direction signals and then its time to pop the hood and then just sit back and relax. The oil is drained, battery & fluids checked, topped off, refill complete, invoice paid and then off you drive. They still up-sell additional services if you want to take advantage... wipers, battery, clean your fuel lines, etc.It was a seamless experience and I am confident Ill continue using their services..Thanks to the great teamwork at Jiffy Lube, my car is running smoothly and all fluids topped off.

I went here in January 2020 for an oil change. They told me I needed brakes on my Honda Accord for $1000. I had no signs that I needed brakes. It’s now December and my honest. Mechanic told me I still don’t need brakes. You are a big rip off disgrace Jiffy Lube. You were clearly trying to take advantage of me.I will never let a jiffy lube touch my car again

Went to get an oil change and transmission fluid flush. Due to the pandemic, you start in your car the whole time and they have a large a/c hose blowing cool air in your window. Dont know if it due to this change, but turnaround service appeared extremely fast as I was 2nd car there (or could be because I got their early and when I left all 4 bays were full). Either way I believe I was in and out within 20 minutes. Manager David was great and talking through what you need, pricing and extras while workers took care of business. Recommend!

I had never been to a Jiffy lube before today and man was it quick and painless. Joseph and those guys had me out in a “jiffy” literally. Great service great price. Also thanks to Ernie and Pro that put in oil and tire rotation. I know great service when I see it and these guys are first class all the way. $244.70 for an oil change! We asked that the tires be rotated - it was not done. We asked that a tail light bulb be fixed - it was not. Our tiny Mini Cooper required $244.70 to change the oil at this disreputable establishment. AND we still need to have the other repairs made elsewhere. RIP-OFF

The Delray Beach Jiffy Lube was able to service my car immediately. Things looked a little different, with current safety protocols being heightened, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. I would definitely return. So far, no complaints about how my car is running after the oil change, battery replacement, and overall maintenance check.

Very professional. Right away they came over to my car and let me know how long it would take for the wait. They went over all packages and prices. They took the time to answer any questions.

Jiffy Lube off Atlantic Ave is the best place to go for your vehicle maintenance. Went in for an oil change yesterday and was in and out. Customer service from the team was top notch and David was amazing. He took to the time to explain everything to me, he was very detailed and kind. The service was so great and their knowledge was so deep but I started bringing my Land Rover for all of its service needs as well and Ive been delighted ever since. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Delray Beach. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and did not wait too long at all. I waited behind a car being serviced for almost 30 minutes. Meanwhile, other slots were opening up and other people were directed to those . Don’t you think that since I’ve been waiting they should have directed me to the next open slot? I waited some more and drove away. Very disappointed.

Just moved to Delray. Safe to say I found my new place for maintenance for my vehicle. I drive over 5000 miles every 2 months and constantly need oil changes. Service here is top notch and the manager took really great care of me. Looking forward to doing more business here.

Nice greeting when I arrived to review pricing. Service writter very thorough with explanation of service an evaluation of my car. Very fast service...I was amazed at the quick completion of service. Maybe too fast. Got home to gather my things an noticed the passenger side floor was not vacuumed had leaves on carpet & the outside of windows untouched. Ill be back and next time be sure I check the finish before driving off.
