I got notification at 4:10pm on Monday that the package had an incorrect address. 2 numbers had been transposed. I contacted them through their online chat at 4:15pm to fix the address. They promised the package would be delivered on Tuesday. I checked the tracking first thing Tuesday and the address had not been changed. I contacted their chat at 7:30am on Tuesday morning and they finally fixed the address. I called at 9:30am and was told the package was going to be delivered today, Tuesday. When I called back at 1:30pm I was told that the package will not be delivered till tomorrow. Their chat is useless and they do not deliver on time. I would not use them again.
I don’t know about anybody else but my experience with this DHL have been amazing, Marc is such a great worker, very nice, understanding, patient, he deserves a raise/Bonus or something because he saved me. After all the back and forth trying to pick my package up. He made sure I had my package before the day I needed. He had no idea what he did but I truly appreciate it.🙏🏾
Worst service. Customercare doses have proper information and deliver commitment given by customer delivery by service point and customer has mixed information
Do not use DHL, they are terrible, they do not track your items, they have no idea what is going on.
Service very slow I been waiting for 20 mins just need to ask some questions because my first time and they have only 1 person in front of me and there answer didn’t help anything very disappointed

Truthfully my experience could have been better since at the beginning, i did not have my tracking number, Therefore, the employee could not find me in the system which was weird. Called citomer service via could not provided it to me after 6 minutes the employee told me thathe found it was happy had my merchandise the payment duties was too high the amount not fair oh well had no choice and that nice lady held door for me and the man nice as well brought my boxes to me happy got my package. Thrilled.
As long as there is no line they are quick to service your needs. The counter person seems very qualified and doesnt seem to mind spending the time necessary to get all the details right. We have been shipping with them for about 2 years and have never had a complaint with our customers on the other end.

Very helpful and courteous customer service. The guy at the front is always polite and takes time to answer my questions - he is great. The lobby does get busy and sometimes you have to be patient, but I appreciate how hard they work.

Wow, I got here at 5:00 pm and instead of being greeted was asked if I had a mask. Yea, when I set down the three boxes in my arms, I’ll get right on it. There were 3 people ahead of me and at 5:30, I’m still waiting with 2 people still ahead of me. Customer service here is terrible!!
They hired driver who cannot read or follow directions. I waited a whole week for something that was supposed to deliver in 2 days...to find out the driver lied and stated they couldnt deliver cause its was an empty lot and Im sitting in an office. I miss my birthday present because of none customer service. The manager promised to have my item deliver by 12pm its was 5 nothing. I will never use this company and will never let anyone I know to use them either

After waiting 30 minutes the gentleman behind the counter took someone that came in behind me who was picking up a package. My time is just as valuable than the person that came in after me. The DHL worker can not type. He finger pecks the keyboard. It took an hour to mail one package.
These clowns delivered a one of a kind item to the wrong address. Made no attempts to find or recover my item. Use FedEx, UPS, USPS hell even a complete stranger would have your item safely delivered to you. #50yearsofhorribleservice
Checking process prior sending a package is worse than customs at the airport, i understand safety but they over do it and it takes forever, be ready to be there for at least 1 hour. Sucks, the guy needs customer service training dangerous goods training, doesnt differentiate products.

Careless delivery and terrible Customer Service! DHL delivered my package to a different business with a different address down the street. I decided to take a walk at lunchtime and ask the neighboring businesses and I found my package. When I initially called DHLs Customer Service Team this morning to report my package missing, the two men I spoke with were unfriendly and refused to provide me with a Supervisor. I will not do business with this company again and I filed a complaint.
Edward Torresosorio tried to resolve my issue and personally delivered my mail which was very important to me to my home. I really appreciate him going the extra mile to accommodate me.
The worst service delivery company.No communication when packages are held up in customs.Web site is not updated accurately.When we got the Delray facility after we arranged for a facility pick up and rushed to get there after calling the facility and was told that the package is at the facility the package was out for delivery.
They couldnt carry a 10 lbs box to our front door.... made me come get it at the curb, I had to call my girlfriend because I dont have a hand(Im disabled)!

The worst DHL Delivery guy ever in West Boca Sandlefoot went to backyard gate and left a note that we were not home . To do this he worked his way around 6 bmws in the driveway leading to backyard gate which is not an entrance . The front door would have required no vehicles to get around and faces main road on sandlefoot. He claims to have gone to the front door and knocked which would have drove 2 large dogs out of their mind that still bark even when anyone who lives here comes in. He then said he proceeded to go around 6 bmws again and leave a note that no one was home. This makes no sense and management did not seem to want to do anything about it at all. This delivery guy then proceded to call me and tell me he knocked on front door and when found no one was home ...Instead of leaving notice on the front door, he proceeded to the backyard gate and went around 6 bmws yet again to leave this notice . He obviously lied with 2 adults home with 2 dogs there as well .
Business End of Day = anytime they feel like it, when most stores close at 5pm, mine at 6pm.Bruce: they will be at your store at 6:30pm. Me: Im leaving now from my other store. Will they wait a few mintues for me? Bruce: yes, they will wait a few minutes for you.I get to my store at 6:32 to see a door tag posted at 6:26. They left corrier at 12:19 and it took 6 hours to get to me. This was after they missed the first delivery date entirely the day before.4 day express? Use anyone else but these clowns!

I agree with other poster, I would give less than one star if I could. They dont deserve one. I relied on DHL for my first time, and what will be my last time, recently. Tracking showed delivered, though I never received it. Their so called investigation said the driver left it under my mat (I have no mat), according my instructions (I had never spoken to them in my life prior to initiating the investigation). I find it hard to believe that this is merely incompetence, but either way, steer clear of this company at all costs.
Just got a message from DHL we attempted to deliver. Seriously? Ive been waiting for you all day, literally sitting right next to my entrance door. How?
