He was very patient with me over several months as I completed my hardscaping and landscaping projects and even came out a few times to give me estimates as my project changed. He steered me away from a product that I would not have been happy with. With his help, he made a very overgrown and unusable back yard the highlight of our home. My kids use it every day and to play soccer and roll around on to wrestle and be boys. When we were finally ready for the installation, he gave us the most competitive price and, without my asking, even put in the contract that he would complete the work in two weeks. He gave his team lunch breaks and they did a great job trimming the turf around trees and removing sprinklers. I wish there were more contractors out there like this one. I love my new “grass”. Smart Synthetic by far the best price of the three quotes that I got. They were able to start the job within a week and finish in one day. They took a side yard that was a sess pool of dog poop, dead grass patches and mud and turned it into a beautiful play area for my toddler. I could not be happier. They did an excellent job.

Owner came to give in person estimate which matched his online estimate which was less than every other company, brought a sample for us to keep and started the job 2 days later (and we were provided a contract). Ive done many projects on my house in the past two years and my experience with Smart Synthetic Turf was one of the few that I can say everything went perfectly. Project took a day to complete and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.When I chose the pathway stones (Apache Paint), they were a little thicker and more jagged than I planned. Him and his crew took the extra time and effort to really submerge each stone into the ground/turf so that they would be more flush and less offensive to any barefeet or children in the area. My wood gate was also having difficulty opening with the new clearance it had, no problem for the crew, they shaved off an inch for me and everything functioned perfectly.If myself or anyone I knew needed this type of project done, I would not hesitate to recommend/use again Smart Synthetic Turf. 👍👍
