Ive been going to Riot Hair for 6 years for keratin. Its always been a great no complaints experience. I go once a year as my job requires a hair net so I have to take time off from work to not mess up my hair.I also have a from birth injury affecting my right arm so styling my hair isnt an option.The keratin allows my hair to look nice and straight instead of always a frizzy mess 😫Ive been getting this process for twenty years and have never had this happen(Wait three to four days until you style, wet,wash, or put it behind your ears.)I was unfortunate enough to get booked with Liz Mendez. Within a week my hair was as if I never got the keratin. 😫I am out 150 and a tip.Be warned DONT get any service by Liz Mendez

Riot Hair Lounge is like NO OTHER salon. I have been seeing Kate consistently for years now. However, I would trust any stylist in that building with my hair. Besides the immense talent I see, the atmosphere is so welcoming. I have always left my appointment thrilled with my result. Ill forever recommend this gem!

Paid for partners so called balayage to the tone of 485.00, which would have been fine had the stylist not over processed her hair, turn her color from platinum to orange, I have since spent an addituinal $600.00 in hair treatments to try to repair the damage that was done. When we called about the issue, the stylist was rude and not willing to help her in any way possible.I would go elsewhere... It would have been less expensuve for me to fly her to Philadelphia to have her hair finished by a true professional.

Kate & team have done an amazing job at creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere where clients can relax and be themselves. Every time I come in everyone seems so happy, both the employees and the clients. I always leave satisfied with the awesome job Kate does on my hair :)

Got my hair done by Angelica and loved it, she did exactly what I asked and was such a sweetheart! The salon atmosphere was quite calm and the whole staff very pleasant, overall a great experience. Can’t wait to go back, thank you Angelica! :D

Shannon is the best. I moved from Seattle 20 months ago and the first few months tried two different salons and was very unhappy. Then i found Riot Hair Lounge and Shannon. I will never go elsewhere. She is an amazing colorist and stylist !! Super sweet too.

I had an appointment to get a balayage and haircut done with Patricia. I wanted a very ashy dark blonde color on my roots to match the bottom color. I also asked for layers and long curtain bangs. I left the salon with yellow hair and the “curtain bangs” are so short and not blended nicely whatsoever. This concerned me because the stylist is one of the owners. I went back today for a dark glaze to get rid of the yellow tones. I found her to be rude. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her for a mistake she made. She offered to blend my bangs but I decided to leave it be. I didn’t want them to come out worse. The shampoo girl toned my hair nicely and she was more professional and friendly than the stylist. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon. Disappointed.

Sara did an amazing job with fixing my hair! She was so patient and kind. My hair looks stunning and have definitely found my official hair stylist. The lounge was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. So glad I found her!

About 8 weeks ago, I got an amazing cut from Abby. I had long damaged hair and she did a Lob for me. I tried to rebook an appointment for today and recieved a message from her saying, I dont do short cuts! I apologize! To say the least its very disappointing. I wish she would have said that before she cut it short the 1st time because I would have gone elsewhere.

Had a great experience with Angelica. My color came out perfect and I love the keratin treatment. I’ve had it before at a different salon but didn’t see a major difference. This time it came out really straight and my hair looks so healthy!! I love it!! Thanks Angelica! 💗💗💗

I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to speak to the stylist in order to book. I was told she would call back. She never called. Its a shame because I was looking forward to using this salon.

I love this salon! After moving to South Florida it took forever to find the right fit, someone I trust. Kate Lafleur is amazing, she is so talented and every time I leave I feel great. Shes also really friendly and always gives me her honest opinion. Great vibe, great music, and great books to read while you wait for your colour to process ;-)

I had an appointment with Shannon and I must say I got the hair of my dreams. I left the colors up to her and I was far from disappointed in any way. My hair is now hair goals. I love it. It’s an amazing atmosphere, with even better stylists. Would give 10 stars if I could! Go to Shannon for all your hair goals!!!

Terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment with both Patricia and Shannon several times with no call back. Even if you’re busy, how long does it take to text or call someone back? They must really be busy and not need the business, so I’ll be taking my money elsewhere to a salon that actually cares about their clients.

Callie did my highlights and haircut. The haircut was nice but my highlights only 2 days!! On Monday morning when I washed my hair the toner left and I end up with yellow highlights, not nice at all. I m very upset, I paid $200 for yellow highlights, she tried to fix them but it takes time to take off these highlights!! Will never go back.

I love this salon. The stylists are all extremely nice and welcoming, and all know what theyre doing! I was told for years and years that I could not go platinum blonde because my hair would fall out or youll have to come in 3-4 times before its completely platinum. I decided to check out Riot because it was highly recommended by a couple friends. Kate made me platinum in one short sitting! not only that but my hair is actually softer than its ever been. She also gave me a great cut. I know from being in the salon that all the stylists are very up-to-date and experienced in not only edgy but elegant hair. For the remaining years I live in South Florida I wont go anywhere else! (and I make the drive from ft. Lauderdale.) its worth it! Oh, and prices are very reasonable, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. -SB

Shannnon has been doin my hair for almost a year now and I wont be going to anyone else (youre stuck with me now). She knows how to make conversation and knows how to make you feel comfortable in her chair. My hair was black and we have been slowly, but surely getting me back to blonde. She knows exactly what shes doing and I always get complimented on my hair after visiting her. Thanks again for being great💗 The salon is beautiful and up to date and theyre all up to date with their techniques. I havent ever been so comfortable in a salon like I am here. It feels like a judge free zone just how it should be!

Absolutely hated it. Did completely wrong color and the girl who did my hair was rude. Girl who washed hair was very sweet, but girl who dyed hair was very unpleasant.
