Nice people, professional and friendly

This company set up a delivery for a 500 pound package to my home. When they arranged for this delivery, they did NOT indicate that the delivery would be handled by ONE delivery person who wanted to drop the pallet in the middle of my driveway and refused to help get it through one door. When I called to inquire what they were thinking, I was first told they dont go inside due to covid (no mention of this in the tracking online or during the call to set up delivery), then they said that inside delivery wasnt purchased by the company that shipped it to me. I called back again a few days later after not getting any updates from ABF or the company who sent it (Stone Tec). I told them that I would pay for the difference for the updated delivery, because I needed the delivery now. They refused to give me a price and said they cannot divulge that to me. They claimed that they can only tell the company that shipped the parcel to me (which is NOTresponding)...leaving me with no way to get this delivery. This is just not acceptable. I would not ship anything with them.

Good communication regarding updates and friendly. However, it would have been good to know that you dont do stairs cause otherwise I would have asked you to come during the scheduled time rather than dropping it off early. I told you my girlfriend was the only one home, why not mention you dont do stairs during the call!

Unbelievable level of incompetence and deceit. I took the day off for a delivery and after refusing to bring it over a small set of stairs to my unit (despite me offering to help), the delivery guy marked the package as Customer refused delivery.Then they sat on the product for nearly two weeks (telling me to expect a call EVERY DAY) to hand it off to someone who can deliver. After 12 calls back and forth over 2 weeks I got fed up and canceled the order.Avoid these guys like the plague if you can.
