Made online appointment for iPhone battery replacement. Store called the day before to go over everything and verify my phone model. As it turned out I gave them the incorrect model. They were great and he noted that they had the battery in stock for my correct model and the pricing was no different. The appointment went exactly as they said it would with minimal time taken to repair while I waited. Super friendly staff and pricing seemed to be more than reasonable.I had my broken screen replaced by them last year, and had the same great experience with no issues since. I strongly recommend them.

Associate Sean was great: professional and courteous. Everything went smoothly and he got my phone back to a working condition. No thanks to Samsung, the S8 breaks easily and costs are exuberant to replace the screen compared to other manufacturers even Apple. Batteries Plus was competitively. Priced compared to Office Depot and many of the small cell phone shops in the area. I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus to get your phone repaired..

Excellent service!I dropped my series 1 Apple Watch off on Thursday around 6 pm to get a new battery put in. I got a call from Aaron around 7 pm to say the battery they have isn’t going to work with my watch, but can get one from another store further south, and it would be there Monday. I said that’s fine. I was so surprised Friday he called and said the watch was ready! He said the BIG BOSS took it upon himself to go get the new battery. I want to say thanks again Aaron for fixing my watch and also thanks to the big boss for going and getting the battery. And I saved $10.00 because I made the appointment online!

Great place and service! My iPhone wasn’t charging, and I assumed the battery needed replacing, but the crew at Batteries & Bulbs performed diagnostics that showed the socket was bad (who knew!). They had the part in stock and I left my phone to have it installed, and easily picked it up a few hours later. Sean kindly gave me some troubleshooting tips should I need them, and I really appreciate the 6-month warranty on the repair work performed. And, the store has amazing merchandise!

I was greeted as I walked into the store. Gentleman looked over my phone and said it would be about 1 1/2 hours to change the battery. I came back and the phone was ready. Very happy with the service. Best place to go for batteries.

I booked an appointment online for 9 am the next day (which came with a $10 off coupon). I dropped off the phone at the appointed time, and was told it would be ready in about an hour. When I returned, it was still being serviced, which took another half hour. Other than the delay, They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Awful.After 1 1/2 hour wait for 45 minutes repair got phone.Said screen looked darker. He checked all settings and said noIs same. Walked out and compared to husband phone. Much darker. Went back to store and manager told repairman that there screens are darker than Apple.Should have been told in advance and given option to repair or not.Will never recommend to anyone ever !!!Stay away.Go to ufixit or Apple!!
