She also helped us in finding out if the BOGO on airfare was still good and set up the flights for us. We have another couple going with us. She was able to find rooms that were side by side. She even read the deck plans of the location on the deck ABOVE us to ensure we would not be under a jogging track or the kids play zone. June gave me good advice, but then was willing to go against this advice to double check with the cruise line. My only concern is the transfer fees that were added in invisibily in the quote then appeared itenized in the invoice, although the total didnt change.

The agent was very helpful until I paid my final payment. I have emailed her twice in the past 3 weeks regarding my reservation and have not received a reply. I ended up calling the company to see if she (Michelle Martin) still worked there and she does. I spoke with a customer service rep who was able to resolve my question quickly. She was so helpful. I may use iCruise again if they have a great group discount on a cruise but they would definitely not be my top choice.

If i could give this company a zero star review I would. The worst customer service. May have been just our groups rep. But I will never book with them again or recommend them to any of my friends. Book directly through the cruise line even if you have a big group.

All of that while she is quite busy with other clients also wanting her time and attention. Once we had a booking she has been diligent about following up with myriad adjustments and small details. I honestly feel that the two agents I have dealt with at iCruise are the first who did what I expected of them, and did it cheerfully and professionally. Ian replies via email or calls you back fast, compared to Royal I was on hold for so long, and when I finally spoke with someone, not a very good conversation.
