Love coming to this store. I come to the check cashing stores quite often and they are pretty good, but this is my favorite one. There’s two nice ladies there if I remember correctly Lina and Maleiny took care of me on my last visit and there were fenomenal! 100% Recommended!!!!!

They do a few different services here and if you need one of them, although their employees are nice here it depends on what service you need. They Cash Checks and do Advance Pay Day Loans where you can borrow money against your paycheck, Social Security, Disability etc., they also are a Western Union outlet to send or receive money and they also accept payments for several creditors. Although the employees here are very nice if you are in need of borrowing money theres another business called Advance America that although they dont have as many locations, if there is one near you its a better option and their stores are cleaner. If you are cashing a check Advance America does NOT do that! The Check Cashing Store is the best place to do that. Their rates are fair (unless you live near a Walmart store which cashes checks for a nominal fee) and you get in and out fairly quick. For Western Union Publix also does Western Union but I find their employees at Publix are slower and not as well trained at doing it. They also are much nicer at the Check Cashing Store then the Publix courtesy desk. As far as paying bills at the Check Cashing Store they no longer take FPL but what they do take is an easy transaction and you are in and out in minutes. For as many services as this place offers I think they do a pretty good job.

My visit on July 18 was hand down very unprofessional. Before I went I called in let them know what My visit will be for and ask what document I need,my fist time ever going to a check cashing store so calling them before I go was important, I was told miss information becouse when I got ther even tho I had brought everything I was told to bring but they forgot to mention I needed a blank check, so I needed to take 3 bus to get home to retrieve a blank check, so Im frustrated in upset 3 bus in the hot summer Florida Sun is not fun. The worse part not only did I get mistreated by employees that dont seem interested in helping there custumer but when I called my mom so they can verified her number the manager herself walk away from me took the phone to the back of there store to tell my mom I was rude in giving them problem, I dont understand how that is ever ok are professional nor do I understand such low in unput together team. This place is a joke in they are not weilling to help they have no patients in dont carry them self like they are at work.
