Excellent customer service but always busy! They need to have an automated kiosk for help. Also you should open saturdays.

Imagine buying items worth $50+ just to have them TOSSED AT YOUR HOUSE. If you don’t want to work then stay home and get babied by your parents like y’all had your entire pathetic lives!

They keep sending the wrong mail to the wrong house the managers dont care waste of time telling them

Everyone that works at the Delano USPS is so friendly and helpful ! They really know what theyre doing here and you cant say that about all the places around here. They go above and beyond to get what you need.

I am so tire of not getting my packages. This week from 3-22 /3-26-19 I was supposed to get 3 packages and when I went to my mail box it was empty.No mail no packages. There had to be something the people can do to make the post office management take responsibility on all the losses. Either they fire who ever is doing the sorting or the deliver man/women. Your mail getting deliver to other address is not a joke, specially because people don’t return the mail/packages that don’t belong to them. Unfortunately there is not many decent people that will return what is not theirs. 😤😤😤🤯🤯🤬

My package was supposed get here on a Wednesday and its gonna be over a week without no package. No updates or anything. Would be nice to know whats going on!

7/14/20 So again they have my amazon package but, I went and they don’t, that Latino mailman at post office doesn’t know what he’s doing!! What is going on with Delano USPS this will be a total of 3 times of me not getting my AMAZON packages not delivered to me on the 2nd day. Im sick and tired of these lazy people and management not taking responsibility because they are a GOVERNMENT entity. Either fire the people or fix the problem or I will be organizing a boycott of Delano USPS very soon!!!!!

I had to change my review. This post office is by far the worst. Great customer service the ladies and the guy in the cashier are great! The bad ones are those who do the sorting. Ive made multiple complaints, I have recieved many mail pieces that dont belong to me or family members PO box is different number, Ive received packages that dont belong to us, theyve placed my packages in a differen box. Many mail pieces sent to me never made it to my my box. Who ever is sorting needs to PAY more attention in their job. We are paying to have more secure deliveries and its not working out. Please take care of your customers and pay more attention to your job.

I live in L.A. and I rather drive two and a half hours than go to a post office in L.A.That goes to show how good their service is.

Have to go back to base and the mailman was here with my package but just got out of his truck and left a note and drove off very unprofessional now my family cant get the gifts I got them till Monday but I wont be back till next year so thanks postal service!

So upset with the passport people. F waisting my time. I never had this much problems before. Went in during working hours 3 different days and they where close. Their working hours are from 10 to 3pm. I went in at 2 the where close. Went in at 1 they where closed. When are they open? I cant go early I work Too so I have to make time during my lunch break. So I ask very politely when would be a good time for me to come. F clerk said tomorrow we might not open but mcfarland and wasco are open. So I head out over to mcfarland and the clerk said while helping somebody else we are not doing passports anymore. Im like this people are so f lazy. Hopefully a 4th try will be my luck.

This location is okay theres always long lines there cashiers are older and slower and not happy at all would like for them to smile at least ...They dont just let anyone work there lol
