Had a great workout my first time in there was today they have a huge availability to heavy weights as well as equipment i usually go to athletix but for some reason they close from 1230 to 230 which was a hugr inconvenience for me considering the fact that i pay 35 dollara a month there and drive all thr way from Wasco to workout. Grand slam was badass 5 bucks for the day pass and i got a great workout in.

Hands down best gym in KC . Heavy weights and cross fit . Pay by the day or get a membership, either way you cant go wrong. This isnt your typical gym, its a hardcore club.

This place gives you the vibe of not messing around and getting your work in! I love it! Lots of free weights! Alot of machines for everything! They even have deadlift platforms!! Definitely worth the money!!
