Very good people staff is very friendly and very helpful. I opened up an account for a storage unit and before I could get back to the unit to put my belongings they noticed that the unit they originally assigned me the door was jammed they immediately switched me over to another unit so I wouldn’t have any problems. Thank you so much 1st Street Storage Staff for making this a safe and efficient place to store my belongings.

The best customer service Ive ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and eager to help out even after I had rented my unit. The lobby and units are very clean. The staff looks very professional. I love that they dont over price like other places in town. They have a lot of units which made it easy to choose my size. the manager was patient with me and showed my all different sizes, took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Love this place! Very friendly, courteous, and profesional manager. Facility is always clean they have wide alleys that make it very easy to drive with a trailer. Came to rent on a busy Thursday and the manager took very good care of all of us, her friendliness made it worth the wait time :) hands down the best storage facility in Kern County.

Storage solutions 1st Avenue in the ciry of Delano ca is where i storage all my personal belongings for 5 years commencing in 2012 ending in 2017 its the safest place to storage and have very sophisticated cameras in all the storage units

Recently moved to Delano, the apartment I was scheduled to move into wasn’t ready so I had to find a storage because uhaul was charging me per day. I am so glad I came here to look for a unit. I was greeted by the amazing property manager Michelle. She showed me a couple of drive up options. We went back to the office to do some simple paperwork. I was impressed how many tenants Michelle greeted on a first name basis that made me feel even more at peace with my decision to store here. Facility is always clean they have a keypad for you to enter your code, and tons of cameras, even the inside of my unit stayed clean even though it’s a drive up. Highly recommended!!
