Timothy was awesome! We tried a different Uhaul place to get a trailer hitch put on my daughter’s car, and they never tried to get it done.Timothy helped us right away, got it ordered, gave us a confirmation of installation date, and made sure it got done. Highly recommend this Uhaul place for all your needs.

Nice guys in there although I thought a dolly would come with the truck. Kinda disappointing but overall good experience.

Really kind and helpful. The employee that helped me with my rental was great. However, some other employees do not wear masks (despite having a sign requiring one) and have the audacity to not respect the 6ft distance to boot. Very uncomfortable.

Theyre ok just didnt fully explain everything and didnt allow for drop off at another site.

This place has always been the place to go for moving trailering hitches and wiring.Today they proved it again by fixing my problem in a few minutes.I recommend them to everyone needing anything Uhaul.

They have available trucks when the other locations dont.

Even the next morning when i returned the truck....his sense of humor about my roadside assistance request a few hours after Id rented.....lol His humor took the edge off of my mind about the situation....all we could do at the time was laugh about it. Crystal. Crystal. Crystal. You probably shouldnt be asleeo while at work. She was hiding in an area where customers werent allowed to go .When I arrived I waited in the lobby then walked the yard. She was nowhere to be found. Until I opened the door to where it said employee only and hollered hello and woke her telling her ahe had people waiting on her. Her hair looked messed up and she acted kinda sleepy for a few minutes .
