As stated before, the service department was efficient and friendly! We had an oil change without an appointment and were in and out in good time.

Not enough check out lanes open. When you are in line for 45 minutes with ice cream in the cart it is almost melted before you get out of the store. So you tell the cashier that you dont want it because it is basically melted and then they dont understand why you dont want it.

Just bought a new battery and had Walmart install it. Went to pay and they still tried to charge me for the battery core charge even though they have the old battery. Great service but check your receipt before you leave the counter.

Would give a lower score if possible. Horrible

The automatic door is closed because its time to close. Even though I came early but I needed to go out after the certain time but they refused to open it so I have to go all around from another door in this hot weather. Its far and super hot. I got dizzy because of the sun

I would do one star but the staff is friendly.I’ve come here twice now for a simple oil change. I’ve never spent less than 3 hours waiting. And that’s not an exaggeration. I sat in line outside for 50 minutes before even being talked to. I even came inside during that time to see if I was supposed to tell then I was there or something and they sent me back to my car. Then I was told it would be another hour and 20 minutes for the oil change itself. 2 hours later and I’m still waiting. I was stupid to come back here but I thought I’d give them a second chance. Never again.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes on an oil change. Went up to check on the status of my car and was told that they actually hadnt been able to do the oil change. (Not a problem, previous shop had damaged something not their fault.) But it would have been nice if they told me that before I had waited over an hour for them to do nothing.

Went to get my tired checked. All four of them were low and I told them to check all of them since they all needed air and to check for nails or leaks, cause I was pretty sure something was wrong on the drivers side but to check all of them. 2 hours later, They finally called me and charged me $20 bucks since I did have nails and refused to take my tire insurance (which is a simple phone call) they only take Walmart tire coverage, Nothing else.Then I find out on the drive home they only did half the job I asked them to do. The drivers side tires were inflated to 42 instead of 36 and the passenger tires were still at 31 so I felt like I was driving lopsided. When I tried to call to talk to a manager I was put on hold for over a hour and finally gave up.Go anywhere else to get your tires done. I have never had worse service in my life.I ended up taking my car to Firestone which I should have done in the first place and they found more nails in my passenger tires in half the time and fixed the air in all four tires so they were all at 36 and they used my insurance and it didnt cost me anything.

Closed. Walmart forces customers to go elsewhere. Walmart doesnt care. Customers can shop everywhere else but the auto care center.

I legit waited 3 hours. I’m STILL waiting as I write this post so it could end up being more than 3 hours. I came in for an oil change and rotation of the tires. That’s it. They took my car in quick, which was great, I thought it’d be done in no-time, but it was a tease. This is my first time ever to write a complaint, but I feel an obligation to let everyone know not to come to this walmart for auto services. My conscious is now clear. I’ve washed my hands of this.10 minutes laterStill waiting on them to finish the paperwork. I’m going crazy. I’m looking at my car parked outside and I’ve been tempted almost more than I can bare to drive off with it if the key was left inside.

Very disappointed. Got an oil change. A top off on fluids. No idea why they opened my radiator cap. Didnt put it back in tight. While driving it popped off and all this steam came out. Though my car was smoking. Plus they didnt put the right amount of oil in my car. Still looked dark. Then rang up the wrong tire, when I got the mid price one for 79 bucks, tet rang up a 99 dollar tire.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Customers are treated like garbage. Do business at your own risk!

Dont waste your time!!! They take forever, and dont have any respect for anyones time. Took them 2 hours to to change 1 tire!! Youre better off going ANYWHERE else!!

Was told 45 minutes to fix a tire it has been 1hour and 30 minutes later tire not fixed. I now have to take vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed.

I am a pregnant mother with a child in school, I now have to find a ride for my son to school in the morning because dude was rude and supposed to call me today to pick my car up after a tire change and oil change. Havent heard anything. Not even a message to let me know that it would take longer. Should have trusted my instincts when I got his stank attitude. Never going back.

Were else do you go that someone actually welcomes you to the store. Say what you want but for me its nice to hear someone saying welcome.

Tires and Auto Dept with no listed operating hours is a MAJOR fail. Its 2017 people! I shouldnt have to call, list your hours of operation. #Bad Business!

Super friendly but waited nearly two and a half hours for them to come out and appologize for forgetting about my car and taking care of two other trucks with much bigger problems than my tire replacement. Its a 15 minute job.Thinking on it, I dont know why I didnt just buy the tire and go.

Ive been here for three hours waiting on an oil change and tire rotation. No heads up to begin with just sitting here for an endless amount of time. This is the second time Ive been here and had this issue. I forgot how bad the first time was

Was getting 2 tires the guy gave us the wrong tires in his order?? and was $$$ another guy send us to a local place got the correct tires and saved

They slow play everything. My husband have been sitting in line for over 30min before we were even acknowledged and on top of all that they have a bad attitude. Especially the lady.

Supposed to open at 7...waited 45 minutes for a manager to unlock bay doors...finally got my car in about 8...very unprofessional on the managers part. Gonna keep my business here to a bare minimum.

No tires tires the size I needed waited forever to find that out. Even tho Wal-Mart app said they gad it in stock.

It took two hours for an oil change.

What ever your scheduled wait time, double it. Good work and prices, just busy and maybe understaffed.
