First time here, line was speedy and customer service was awesome! Very courteous, polite, understanding, friendly and helpful!Best experience at a post office in all my life and I go to plenty of post offices for my online business. This will be my new go to since moving to Oklahoma!

Ive had the absolute worst experience with this post office. First I send a fax for a stamp order. Witch is suppose to be filled the following day. I work in a office so i need those stamps and it had been 3 days so I went to the office and picked up my stamps instead. On the 5th day the mail man brings me my stamp order witch was $550.00 and i told him I already picked them up and he refused to take them back so I had to pay $1,100.00 for stamps in 1 month. That almost got me wrote up thanks to that mail man. Well i go in today to order postcard stamps and to my surprise they went up in price. Well I had been ordering stamps through fax 3 months before that and was never told that i was making my checks out for wrong amounts. He wouldnt let me pay the extra dollar in cash. So now I have this check for $70 thats made out to the post office that I have to trash because they are $36 now a roll instead of the $35 thats on all the fax orders they give me.

The black female that works at this location is rude & condescending. Probably came from nothing, got this little job & think shes made it. Rodney & Karl were awesome. Too bad theyre retired.

Refused to let my wife pick up my package even though she had written authorization and my id with her for verification, will be reporting to bbb and filing a complaint

First time here. I usually use mwc. The lady was very nice and helpful. Overall great experience 👍

I was in Del City for the day on Friday and I dropped off a package, well for one they said I was using the wrong package but the app I sell on says to use the one I packed it in. second the shipping was paid it was a Reprinted label I printed out & they guy said I owe money for shipping which I don’t because it was under 5 pounds like the Label says. Third they Never scanned it into their system to start tracking it for my customer. So Basically it’s just sitting there!!! The Guy was kinda Rude. I told him I didn’t have time I was just dropping this off because I only have 3 days to ship it and he made me Repack it, after I had it all Nice looking ... Now I’ll have to get my Boyfriend to go up there and see if they Lost it . 😒😒😒 SW Side Oklahoma City post office on Reno is better. I’ve Never had problems there.

It turns out there are only 2 men working at this post office. I understand that theyre the only 2 who work the front desk. That being said, I have worked similar jobs, where I might have another person to help or be there by myself. My duties were much like those at the post office. BUT, I was still expected to answer the phone and help the customers who came in. So while I feel sorry for the 2 gentleman, I know the telephone can be answered while helping your customers. Its called multitasking.

Rude and unprofessional.

A package was showing it was delivered to my house and it was not delivered. I went to the Del City Post Office and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Karl. I explained the situation and that my mailman told me to come to this location to see if my package was here. Karl was downright NASTY and RUDE, when he told he could not track my package any better than I could and I was at the wrong place. He gave me two street names as the location and I told him I am not from Oklahoma and I didnt understand where he was talking about. He told me in todays world everybody has Google.UNPROFESSIONAL is the least word to describe his manner and behaviour.I could hear him talking about me as I left. I tell him it would be helpful if he could be kind and stop being so rude for no reason as I was coming to him for help. Pffft...

The 800 number is useless in reaching this post office directly 😡

I have never had a bad visit at this location but not being open on Saturday forces me to drive some distance. I understand there may be a reason but why not have a Kiosk like fond in some other locations. I can do everything I need to do from the Kiosk and choose when I go. Come on add them and become competitive or extend the hours we work to and if you cant provide the means people are going to look for other ways

I called the phone number and it says that they answer in 30 to 50 minutes. This is not true. I waited for over an hour and when I did finally talked to someone, my issue was not resolved. She wouldnt even check to see if the mail delivery box, that is outside the post office, if it is still in service. I am concerned because I dropped my payment in there, and it should have arrived at its destination by now. If I had sent it at the post office by my house it would have been there already. Very lame explanations. Do not reccomend anyone sending their bills off to be paid at this post office.

Only one person working the day after Columbus Day with no attempts to streamline efficiency at all. If youre coming up here to ask a simple question, expect to stand in line for 25-45 minutes.

This is a small, but easily accessible post office. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Ive always been able to get in and out quickly.

Del City post office has some of the nicest and most helpful postal employees in the area. I drive out of my way to use their post office because I know I will receive good service there.

They reason Im giving this rating is. It doesnt matter when I call whether its in the morning or afternoon a month ago week or today they dont answer there phone I looked at a review and tried to call both numbers that was given and nothing . Im tired of my oge mail keep getting returned by this mail carrier. I havent moved havent went to oge or called and said I was relocating so my mail should continue to come to my address but how will I tell them this if they dont answer the freaking phone so over del city...🤦‍♀️👎

Never was able to speak to anyone. I hung up after a two hour wait. Why don’t the branches have a local number. I just need to pick up a parcel, but don’t know which branch to pick it up at.
